"I will never know if you love me
Or my company, but I don't mind."

"All I really know is when I'm lonely
I hate that I'm lonely
And that's why I let you in
And maybe in another life
We fight all day, kiss all night
But I don't wanna break your heart."

"You don't gotta lose your mind
Every time I don't call
And I should never have to win your love."

"Fickle as you are
That's exactly why I keep on running back."

"I don't need a reason
To keep on dreamin'
That I can win this stupid thing called love."

"Lose" by Niki
(First song on Lisa's Spotify playlist.)

"Nini my arms are about to fall off of my body." Lisa groaned as she gently massaged her sore limbs.

Jennie rolled her eyes. "Dramatic much. I only bought eight bags of stuff."

"Only eight-" Lisa rubbed her temples. "You know what. Next time, carry your mere eight bags of designer by yourself. I'm handicapped now."

Though she hated that she was third wheeling, Rosé actually found herself giggling at some of their exchanges. Jennie and Lisa obviously have great chemistry, and they looked painfully good together.

Maybe she should just accept her defeat.

Lisa is in love with Jennie. She lost before she ever started.

Rosé sighed. "I just remembered that I have to go do something. I'll be taking my leave now. You two have fun."

"Are you sure?" Lisa asked softly.

The Aussie gritted her teeth before hesitantly nodding. She had to force the whimper down her throat.

'I'm so weak when it comes you, Lisa.'

————————————

"And then there were two." Jennie said with a mischievous grin.

Lisa giggled. "Us against the world. Just like the old times..."

Jennie's smile faded. She playfully nudged Lisa to disguise her nerves. "It's still us against the world, Lili."

The Thai shrugged. "Not exactly. You have Kai now, and as much as I respect your choices, I don't think he's good enough for you."

"Well umm..." Jennie gulped. "He actually- like recently... like- he just- never mind..." Jennie bit her lip. How the hell is she supposed to tell Lisa that she's questioning everything because of her?

"You know you can tell me anything right?"

Jennie sighed. "Of course. But it's nothing, really. I just-"

"Sorry! I left my wallet in your bag." Rosé exclaimed as she ran towards Lisa.

A pair of cat eyes narrowed into dangerous slits. This bit- girl... this girl just had to show up when she was starting to muster up the courage to come clean to Lisa. Roseanne Park just had to ruin their moment.

"Oh yeah, I totally forgot." Lisa said before reaching into her bag and grabbing the wallet. "Here."

"Thanks..." Rosé mumbled with a coy smile, waving shyly at Lisa before leaving again.

Jennie clenched her fists. Whatever courage she had before was long gone now.

"You were saying?"

The shorter girl shook her head. "I just- he's... too hot, you know?"
