Meanwhile, the youths, along with some of the proctors, sat waiting within an open room on the inside of the stadium. It looked like a gymnasium, but there were metal chairs scattered with some students occupying them. There was also a small stage just ahead of the chairs with a podium, which was currently vacant at the moment as the teachers, along with the announcer, found themselves standing beside the stage.

"Where the hell is the Director?" Jerome said as he, along with the rest of the individuals involved in graduation, were waiting for one person.

"You know?!" Ivan asked the announcer.

"I know as much as you two do... I don't know why he's still not here..."

"I'm here." Lynden said as he walked in with a floating robot hovering to his side.

"Why are we all just sitting around here." Yuki said.

"I think they're waiting for someone." Vivian said.

"I'm not even sure what we're supposed to do after the tournament..." Asami said.

"None of us do. I think they were supposed to tell us information heading into the agency, but it seems something went off script." Sofia said.

"Let's just hope they fix their shit and soon." Alex said.

"It's not like we have much else to do." Yuki said.

"I think some students are walking out." Kaso said.

"Who would walk out with no clue what to do after this?" Yuki said.

"I saw Ichi leave. I'm still unsure why though since he has no clue what to do just like the rest of us." Kaso said.

"He's probably still sore after that loss." Vivian said.

"Alright everyone, sorry for the delay but we are now prepared to tell you the information you needed." Lynden said as he stood in front of a podium within this room.

"I'm here to tell you all the information you need to know. You've probably heard something about the Divisions by now, so let me explain it to you all. There are 12 Divisions within the IJA, each division has its own members and it's own captain who is in charge of said division. While you all were competing within the graduation ceremony, the 12 Division captains, along with myself, were watching. Taking into accord your strengths and weaknesses. Your capabilities and your usefulness to their division. Now, since you now know all that, I'll tell you all about the recruiting process that is going to occur." Lynden announced.

"Recruiting process..." Yuki said.

"Sounds like we're gonna see who goes where." Kaso said.

"Wow, I can't wait." Kumo said.

"The recruiting process is simple, I will call each of your names, going by placements within the graduation. So the winner would obviously go first. And we'll go down from there. Each Division Captain has four votes, and only four. One captain can use one vote on a recruit, but if more than one captain uses one vote on that recruit, then either the recruit decides between the two or a captain may use a 2nd vote on that recruit. That recruit will be assigned to the division that has the highest votes for them or they choose where they want to go if necessary. Does everyone understand?" Lynden said, which only received a haul of murmurs and not much else.

"I said, Does Everyone Understand?!" Lynden reiterated.

"Yes, Sir!"

"Now then. Come in Division Captains." Lynden said before all 12 Division captains, besides Vlad, walk in and take a seat atop the stage.
