Part 3: The girl who never fit in..

The feast was almost finished as you see some people walking past you going to common rooms and their dorms. Draco and his friends Crab and Goyle walk right past where you were hiding. You try not making eye contact but you notice he sees you from the corner of his eye. "You two go ahead I'll catch up later." He says and they walk away. You don't look at him but he reaches out his hand for you to grab. You give him a sad smile and take it. He helps you up and still holds on to your hand. "So. What were you doing hiding under there..alone?" He asks. You look down embarrassed "well if you didn't notice I'm upset and I wanted to be ALONE." You say, "Would you like to talk about it? I'm all ears Mikaelson." He says with a genuine sweet smile. You nod and grabs your hand in his "I know the perfect place we just can't get caught" He says and he leads you down the hallways.

Draco's POV
Crab , Goyle and I usually head to the common room before the feast is over but as we were walking I noticed someone hiding under one of the staircases. Little did they know they'd shift at any moment now. I send grab and Goyle off so I can see who it is I look down and see no other then Y/N Mikaelson. I lend her my hand to help her up and I can see she had been crying, her eyes were puffy their were tear drops still on her face but she quickly wiped them away. There was something about her that made me want to get closer to her , to find out every little thing about her every flaw everything! I had never felt like this toward anyone with anyone else I would've let them sit alone and deal with it themselves but I couldn't let her be alone. I decided it was a perfect time to get to know her so I offered to take her somewhere to talk luckily she accepted.

We walked for awhile until we got to a flight of stairs that lead up to what looked like the astronomy tower. He held my hand the whole way and for some reason I let him. I felt safe with him but I knew he had a dangerous side to him. He lead me to the top of the stairs and sat down he patted next to him signaling me to sit with him so I did. He then asked "So, what's got you all upset?" you start to get red from embarrassment. "I'm not always that emotional I promise." You try to joke but you can't hide the sadness in your eyes and he notices. "Seriously talk to me.. I know a thing or two about hiding your feelings and problems so tell me." He says. You sigh "fine. I overheard Hermione, Ron and Harry talking about my family and I-" he cuts you off "That filthy little mud blood and her two side kicks! I swear I'm going to do something next time I see them!" He says angrily. You're shocked to see how upset he got over that "No it's okay I'm used to it.. everyone at my old school judged Hope and I for our father and how "different" I guess you can say we were.." you explain . "What do you mean different?" He asks curiously. You aren't sure whether or not you should tell him so you stay quiet for a bit and he puts his hand on yours "you can trust me.. I promise I'm not one to judge." He says reassuring. " Well.. our father is a scary man to say the slightest.. he's done a lot of horrible things and made many enemies but no one ever beat him because he can't be killed.." you say quietly. "Everyone can be killed that's impossible!" He exclaims. "Not our father.. not our family actually .. my family is the original family.. the first witch my grandmother, my aunt the lost mikaelson the oldest witch since my grandmother died, my uncles and aunt Kol, Elijah and Rebekah they are. the first ever vampires.." You whisper. He's shocked he then releases your hand and you feel like you ruined everything by telling him cause now he's afraid of you. You get up and start running down the stairs but he calls for you "WAIT Y/N! PLEASE!" hot tears are streaming down your face "I'm sorry I know you're scared of me now and-" "Y/N are you crazy?" He laughs softly. "Your family may have a terrible background but it makes you more interesting to get to know because you are obviously not anything like them!". Tears are still falling and he comes down the stairs to where you were at and pulls you into a hug. "You know I didn't even tell you about my actual parents.. my father is the original hybrid vampire and werewolf , my mother is also a hybrid. She died having me and Hope and our blood made her into a hybrid." You can feel him smile "y/n your family's history doesn't make me afraid of you. If anything I'd like to get to know you more" he smiles. You feel yourself blush luckily it was dark so he didn't notice and your stomach fills with butterflies while he wipes the tears off you face. "Come on let me take you to your dorm" he smiles and you both walk to your dorms"
