Jack Stauber's 'Coffee' blared in my ears, a very fitting song if you ask me, we were just arriving at a meek little building, which it's sign read "Tweek Bros. Coffee".
"Here's a place nicer than the Village Inn." Michael waved his hand in reference to the coffee shoppe.
"I mean Village Inn is all well and good, but I can understand why you only go there for coffee." I chuckled.
"Yeah, one time I made the, in hindsight, very poor decision to get food there. Let me just say that I found a dead beetle in my cherry pie." He reminisced.
"Yuck! Well I'm really glad we're not eating there then." I respond.
We exit the car and migrate into the minuscule shoppe, a little bell on the door tinkles when we open it.
The inside is surprisingly fresh, considering the run-down exterior. There's a small wooden bar with succulents lining it's center, and rustic stools flanking it. There are 2 brown leather booths crammed into a back corner, and some metal tables with two chairs each pushed up against the remaining wall.
We walk up to the stately counter, there's a boy about our age standing behind it, with messy blond hair and an apparent tic that causes him to twitch.
"H-hello! Welcome to tweak-tweek- b-b-brothers coffee! What can I g-get for you two-two?" He stuttered.
Michael spoke up. "Can I get a large coffee, black, and one of your veggie quiches? Thank you Tweak!" He turns to me, "this place has the best quiches, and any coffee you get will be fantastic!"
I give him a thumbs up.
"So I'll have a ham and cheese quiche, and an iced caramel mocha please. Thanks uh- Tweak!" I place my order, glancing at his name tag.
"Th-that'll be right out for you." Tweak takes a large gulp of coffee and seems to calm down.
Michael and I mosey over to a table, he pulls my chair out for me and I take a seat.
"This is nice!" The tall goth laughs awkwardly as he drums his fingers against the table.
"Yeah, it's kind of our first official 'date'. I mean I feel like we've been through so much together even though we met... two days ago." I say.
"That's crazy, I feel like I've known you forever. Isn't that just weird?" He inquires.
"Well, maybe we were meant to be, and I don't know, if you take into account all of the past lives stuff, who knows, right?" I giggle.
"Maybe it's like a Dracula situation"-
"I've swam through oceans of time to be with you!" I cut him off as I recite the dramatic lines from the movie.
"I'm not turning all vamp on you! I promise!" He says almost urgently.
"Because we all know vamps are posers, right?"
"Yes! They're conformist assholes trying to be different! God this sounds like my old self talking..." he quickly recoils and rubs the back of his neck.
"It's ok, hey you were passionate, what else can I say?" I console him.
"Yeah I guess you're right." He says quietly.
"Here you g-go!" Tweaks strange voice pipes up as a small quiche is placed in front of me.
"Thanks man! This looks amazing as always!" Michael says with a grin.
"Hey thanks Mic-Michael! You're a g-good friend man!" Tweak's face lit up.
He bounced back to the counter with a ray of happiness over his face.
"I feel bad for the guy. He basically is addicted to meth, and coffee for that matter. Wait, that sounded bad, uh, it's a long story but it's not his fault. He's always been like this." Michael explained in a hushed tone.
"That's... wow. Was that the effect of the reality show?" I inquire.
"Yeah, his parents wanted him to be an interesting subject, so they basically hid meth in the coffee and he's been fucked up every since." A cloud of mourning fell over his frame.
"God, how screwed up is this town?"
"More than you would think."
After this somber conversation, we ate lunch with a relative lightness. We Exchanged giggles and grins, we stole looks at each other even though we knew the other was looking. We talked about life, poetry, music, films, but when it came to the subject of love, a knot grew in my stomach.
"So have you ever dated anyone before? Not that it matters but-?" Michael asked.
"Yeah... well, I used to live in Kansas, I met this girl there, god we were so in love... until of course I moved away. Right before I left, she broke things off, she didn't want to do long distance and decided that we shouldn't drag the relationship on if it wasn't going to work for both of us. So it was hard coming to South Park, but also kind of a reset." I recounted bitterly.
"Damn, is this your first time dating a boy?" He inquired.
"Yeah..." I tucked my hair behind my ear.
"It's my first time dating a girl, so I guess we're both new to this!" Michael chuckled. "Hey uh- do you wanna go back to my place?"

"Wow, your room is nice!" I plopped down on the goths bed, surveying his array of posters plastered to his wall.
"You like it? Thanks!" His face lit up boyishly.
"This is actually a Struts poster from when I saw them on tour, and this is a really cool MSI one, because, you know why not? And the glass animals one has the best aesthetic in my opinion! And this ones the biggest, probably because She Wants Revenge is my favorite band!" He described his wall collage passionately.
After he was finished I expressed my joy for the posters too. He joined me sitting on the bed.
He leaned in and grabbed my face with his long fingers. Our lips met as my hand laced with his hair. I slid off part of his jacket with my other hand. His caressed my arm. Our tongues clashed passionately, he started unbuttoning my shirt, I caught my breath. He slowly moved down to kiss my jaw, leaving black lipstick stains on my skin. He sucked at my neck, he adjusted his grip to the small of my back. I migrated to his ear, I sucked and nibbled it, avoiding his cross earring. He slowly moved his kisses down to my chest, I threw my head back in ecstasy as he grew closer to my breasts.
However, I pushed him back.
"Not tonight, I'm not ready." I whisper.
"It's ok, we'll take it slow or however you want." The goth nodded.
"I think I'm gonna have hickeys now though." I rubbed my neck.
"Most definitely." He winked.
He arose from the bed and flipped a switch on his black speaker. It started playing "I don't wanna fall in love" by She Wants Revenge.
Michael slipped his shirt off and laid down on his bed. I joined him, laying my head on his bare, toned chest.
"God to think I used to relate to this song!" He remarked in disgust.
"Now I guess you'll have to settle for "Tear You Apart"." I said lustfully.
