Appearance: light purple scales with white scales in a star shape on her forehead. rainbow eyes. very pretty and beautiful. has gills.
Like I said, I love AllWings because of how pretty they are! This one is so well thought out, though I'd like to see a little bit more in her description, like her build, which parts of her are from what tribes, what powers she has from the tribes, etc. Also, are the white scales a sign of animus magic?

Wow! She sounds like she'd be great in a fight! And I see that she is an animus :D. I like how you've included powers from all of the tribes, to make sure that it's all balanced out and that she's as realistic as possible.
Backstory: she was originally a cat in ThunderClan but then she got kicked out, found a magic potion/made a magic potion, turned herself into a dragon and transported herself to Pyrrhia to lecture all the Pyrrhians about what to do with your life.
Such a creative backstory! I've never heard of a cat turning into a dragon! This explains perfectly why her name is Starstar (I'm going to assume it was Starflight at one point, but it made the other Starflight sad, so she decided to change her name because she's so generous and kind, and also because she became the Queen of all the dragons and remembered her time in ThunderClan, so she decided to keep her name as a memory). It's great that her backstory explains perfectly why all the dragons love her, and it even shows some character development in how she showed the dragons what to do with their lives. All in all, it's perfect for such a great OC!
Personality: know-it-all, friens with everyone, sarcastic, mates with everyone, all the male dragons love her, nice except when mad, very ignorant.
This is such a realistic and detailed personality! I like how you've included that everyone is her frien, because it shows that she must be very likeable. You even gave her some flaws, though next time I'd stay away from those, because people don't like flaws.
Other: can not be beat in battle, immortal, invincible, you can not dodge or fly away, she is very 'kawaii'
This all makes perfect sense and lines up nicely with her personality and abilities. Great job!
My overall rating for this amazing OC is 9/10!
Like I mentioned before, you could be a little bit more specific about all her abilities, and you need to take out that flaw, since that could cause conflict later on in her life.
Other than that, this OC is absolutely perfect! I hope she's in a future book. She'd make an amazing protagonist!
