If she's flawless, then she shouldn't be evil or stupid. I'd take them out if I were you.
Abilities: Animus, fireproof scales, pink, purple and blue fire, barbed tail, can withstand extreme heat and can go without food and water for days, massive wings, epic fighter, firescales, bioluminescent scales, night vision, Aquatic, can breathe underwater, epic swimmer, coloured scales change colour, venom, prehensile tail, icescales, frostbreath, can withstand freezing temperatures, intense mindreading (she can feel emotions, read minds, and skyfire doesn't block her), can see the future (can see every possible future and does not feel pain from it)
I think you forgot a few abilities, like rainbow fire that can switch colours, frostbreath that can switch colours, being able to bring dragons back from the dead, being able to shapeshift, being able to teleport, being able to time travel, being invincible, being better than Darkstalker, having the ability to talk to animals and scavengers, having super strength, being able to disappear completely, being able to think of things then they appear, and being able to talk to everyone telepathically. But other than those few things, these abilities all seem great!

Overall, I give this OC a 4/10. She's missing a few abilities, and she's got some flaws that you'll have to fix. Other than that, this OC is great! If you do improve her and put her in a fanfiction, please tell me!
