"Because I like you, Tine"

Tump

Tump ..

Tump, his heart was beating very fast and loud, worried that the person in front of him would hear it. "Calm down buddy, you're gonna make me in trouble, he can hear you, seriously you're so loud" Tine spoke to his heart trying to calm down.

"As a friend, I like you as a friend, I want to be friends with you"

"Ah, just a friend," said Tine in his heart a little disappointed then said, "if you just wanna befriend with me, you don't need to trick me, instead you can approach me in a better way".

"No no, I don't want to just be a friend or a colleague, Tine, I want to be your close friend, hang out together, play games or football together. I just want to be friends with you, sorry if I used the wrong way and makes you uncomfortable, I didn't mean to offend you but I mean it to befriend you ". Sarawat said with an apologetic face begging Tine to understand and forgive him.

Seeing Sarawat's face full of regret and apologizing Tine melted and sighed "Okay, I forgive you, please don't do that again."

Sarawat smiled, his lips widened to hear Tine forgive him and unconsciously hugged Tine. Once again, Tine froze in surprise when Sarawat hugged him. "Thank you, Tine, my friend," said Sarawat full of joy.

"Ahem ..." Type cleared his throat and approached the two people who were hugging in front of him, hearing that Sarawat let go of his hug and tidied his clothes trying to hide his embarrassment because he was caught by his own best friend, not much different from Tine who blushed hard.

"Yes Type, what's wrong?" Sarawat's face returned to serious but still unable to hide his embarrassment made Type roll his eyes annoyed by his friend's behaviour.

"It's 04.30 p.m Your Majesty, you must return to the palace, the King and Queen specifically request your attendance at dinner tonight." Type reminds him because it looks like Sarawat forgot tonight's event caused he was too busy dating Tine.

"Oh okay" then he turned to Tine "Tine, thank you for accompany me today, maybe next time we can play futsal together and you can invite your friends too".

"You're welcome, Your Highness," said Tine. Then Sarawat asked the driver to take Tine home. Seeing Tine walking away from him made Sarawat sad, he closed his eyes and clenched his fists until his knuckles turned white, his heart ached.

"Lies ... Lies, everything I say is a lie, I like you, Tine, not as a friend. I don't want to just be your friend ... it really hurts, holding back my feelings for you" Said Sarawat to himself.

Sarawat stays still for a moment until Tine's car left him then inhaled and exhaled deeply trying to calm him down.

Along the way, Tine's feelings were mixed, he was glad the prince only liked his as a friend, but on the other hand, he was a little disappointed, it didn't mean he wanted the prince to like him more than that, no, he didn't want to think that way because he was a straight man as well as a prince. "No, Tine, don't think too much," said Tine to himself.

It was not that Tine has never been in a relationship before so it made him confused to define his feelings precisely because he felt almost the same way as the relationship he had before so he was afraid to define his feelings this time, he was afraid that his feelings will cause problems for him and he didn't want that to happen.

Along the way to his house, Tine remembered the first time he met Sarawat, when Sarawat accidentally held his hand, took him for a riding horse until the current meeting when Sarawat unconsciously hugged him. Tine remembered it vividly, a chuckle crossed his reverie, and suddenly his face turned sad as he tried to define his feelings once again. Tine sighed and murmured, "Looks like I have to meet a new woman, maybe dating her".
