13. Nostalgic

Dahyun's POV

I am still contemplating how Minhyun grew up so fast.

I am contemplating how quick I have built a family.

Right now, we are on our way to the pre-school. I feel nostalgic. It was just hours ago when I started going to the very same school. Now I'm going there again, but this time, I'm sending my baby to school.

"Minhyunie, mama will be the only one who will fetch you later, alright." I said.

Minhyun nodded his tiny head and gave me a kiss.

I just smiled too and send him to his room.

I observed for a bit and noticed that Professor Kang is still the one teaching.

I smiled as I remembered my school days.

Soon, she give worksheets to the kids.

Minhyun took out his colors and started coloring the apple.

I took out my phone and recorded him through the glass.

I chuckled a bit when I noticed Minhyun is coloring his apple purple!

I want to tell him he is using the wrong color, but I don't want to ruin his smile.

I just continue recording and it was soon time for the little ones to present their apples.

I felt a bit nervous because Minhyun might get scolded for coloring his apple purple. But my baby seems sure of his art.

It was soon his turn and Minhyun confidently walked in front of the class.

He excitedly present his work to the class with a little "Tadaa!"

I just smiled and waited for him to say something.

"Why is your apple purple, Mr. Park?" The teacher asked.

Minhyun have her a toothy grin and started jumping in tiny.

I can't help but laugh.

"Minhyun's apple is an Enchanted appleee!!!" He said enthusiastically.

Everyone in the room laughed and so did the parents outside.

I ended the recording and left.

I went back to the house and started cleaning a bit. I also prepared the ingredients and cooking materials I'm gonna use later.

I stared at the wall clock and saw that it's already 3:00pm.

It's like I'm battling with time.

And I got no chance of winning.

I shrugged my thoughts and continue chopping vegetables. I cooked lots of foods for our dinner later.

After finishing, I took a little break and scrolled through my Instagram acc.

There I saw lots of my friends got married and have a family too.

I scrolled further and saw that mitang is also getting married!

I quickly messaged her and said my congratulations.

We were both happy that we found a new way of being connected again.

It has been a long time since I last saw her.

She invited me to her wedding and I chuckled at how she is fangirling over her soon to be husband.

I looked at the picture she sent me and her partner is literally handsome. But not as handsome as my chimchim.

The way she talk is still the same. She still uses that 'gurl' endearment.

We ended the call soon and I prepared all my things since I still have to fetch Minhyun.

When I reached the school, I could never believe what I saw...
