Chapter 14- I Do

It was the day before the wedding and everyone was rushing around making sure that every detail was hashed out. Everything had to be absolutely perfect. The vows were written and everything was set perfectly in place. The wedding was on a beautiful beach near one of the Malfoy vacation homes. Kingsley Shacklebolt was leading the ceremony. The two men were making an unbreakable vow but still decided to write wedding vows to profess their love. Harry and Draco were of course going together and all of the other couples within the Hogwarts group were going together. The day came and went and soon it was time for the wedding. Sirius was with Harry getting ready for the big moment. Remus was with Draco in the room across the beach. Sirius was wearing a fully crimson suit with his hair up in a bun held up by his wand. Remus was wearing a full black suit with a yellow bowtie. When everything was set and ready Harry and Draco walked the two men down the aisle since Teddy was too young. Lily and James's ghosts were there using Harry's resurrection stone.

'Please recite your vows." Sacklebolt said.

"Sirius Black, I first met you 27 years ago on the Hogwarts express. You were such a lighthearted, fun loving boy. You had your own unique style that you pulled off splendidly. Your leather jackets, tattoos and ripped jeans made you stand out from the crowd. I started dating you because of your looks, but I fell in love with your amazing personality. Growing up with you I've had the chance to see the amazing wonderful man you have become. You were my best friend during my years at Hogwarts beside James and Peter of course. You were an amazing friend but you are an even more amazing boyfriend. I love how much you care for Teddy and Harry, none of us have ever had a very family life, but I love the family I have built with you my love. You are the greatest man I have ever met, I love you for everything you are." Remus said on the verge of tears.

"Remus Lupin, I fell in love with you the moment I laid eyes on you. I love every aspect of you, your beautiful curly hair, your charming smile, and your lovely eyes. You are a perfect man Remus. I love the feeling of your body against mine, when I hear your voice it's like a singing angel. The time I spend alone with you makes me happier than anything else in the world. I love seeing you smile and laugh, you have shown me emotions I've never thought possible. You're so brave and your battle scars just prove that. You have gone through so much and that just made you stronger. You are an amazing father, you accept everyone for who they are and what they want to be. You are so openhearted to everyone and everything. I love you Remus John Lupin." Sirius said, looking his partner in the eyes. Kingsley finished the unbreakable vow and the two men slid the rings on the other's finger. Remus's ring was a shiny gold band embedded with small rubies. Sirius's ring was a silver band embedded with small diamonds. The rings were beautiful. The men shared a kiss to complete their marriage. The first dance they shared as husbands was to Everything I Do, By. Brian Adams. They slowly danced and sat down at the head of the guest table.

"When Sirius, James, and Remus came to Hogwarts when they were 11 I had never seen so much action, love, and hilarity with any of my other students. The time that 'The Marauders' were at Hogwarts was a more fun time than any other. You are all so unique in your very own ways, James is the quidditch maniac, Remus was the reasonable boy, and Sirius was the most supportive unconditional person I have ever met. Remus and Sirius belong together and you two are perfect for each other. Remus always brings out the best in Sirius and shows him what it's like to love. Sirius shows Remus how to live a little and have a laugh even in the darkest of times. Nothing makes me happier than seeing two of the boys that have grown up like sons to me complete each other's lives. I wish you both a wonderful life together and I hope you know that I am always with you." McGonagall said standing at the table, she sat down and the next person stood up to make a speech.

"When I met Sirius and Remus in my third year at Hogwarts I knew that these two men were very special. They have shown me that no matter what I think I can't do I can complete anything if I put my mind to it. I would not be where I am today without them. Sirius is like the father that was taken from me. He has shown what it means to have a parental figure who cares for you and loves you more than anything else. Remus you proved that you can find love anywhere, even if it's been right in front of you all along." Harry said, grabbing Draco's hand. "Love can be anything as long as it is meaningful and if you two hadnt taught me that lesson I wouldn't be with the love of my life today. I hope my two dads will have the happiest life possible." Harry finished. After dinner everyone went onto the dance floor and started off with a slow dance among the couples, even the memories of James and Lily were dancing together. It came time for the grooms to have a dance with their mothers. Hope Lupin got up to dance with Moony and Sirius just sat down having a dead evil mother. He sat and watched as his husband started to dance but all of the sudden he felt a small tap on his shoulder. He turned to see Minerva Mcgonagall standing beside him with her hand out indicating a dance. He beamed with happiness and took her hand. The dance was beautiful and Sirius almost cried dancing with Minnie, Remus did tear up a bit at how happy his husband was.
