She had mixed emotions, she was happy she would be having a kid, especially with you, but she afraid she would be like her mother She knew how much pain and trauma her mother caused her and she was scared she would turn out exactly like her which is the last thing she wanted You wiped her tears away as she told you of her fear, usually she would bottle it up but she was too vulnerable right now You comforted her letting her know she was nothing like her mother and will never be Regina just sniffled and nodded
"My baby? I- what if im like her?" She whispered out
"But you're nothing like her, the fact that you care about becoming her already proves you're a much better mom than she ever was, cause you care."
She just nodded and then a smile forced it's way on to her face
"We're having a baby."
You smiled back at her as she pulled you in cradling you carefully but full of love

Definitely would get stand-off ish of course she wouldn't be rude about it, but she'd just be unsure Cause she also knows what it's like being in your position having been pregnant with Henry and being terrified so she understands that you're terrified probably way more than her She wants to think about it for a while cause this is a big deal and having and raising a kid is very hard and she's never done that before
She would assure you she isn't mad or upset but just shocked and wants to think about it for a while so if she ends up ghosting you for a few days just let her breathe
