1. Get in a comfortable position (laying down). I personally still use to the old way of separating all of my limbs in a starfish position. It is very important to be comfortable as you are instructed not the move during this method, being in an uncomfy position would make you lose your progress. If you do end up moving I suggest you re-position yourself and start this method over.
2. Close your eyes. It is very important to keep your eyes closed for this method, if you have trouble keeping your eyes closed I suggest you use an eye mask or cover.
3. Now is when you start counting from 1-100 slowly. Let your mind go up to the high numbers and relax so you can successfully reach the shifting state. In between every few numbers try throwing in an affirmation or two (it helps me). If you end up getting past 100 and still don't feel like you're in your desired reality feel free to continue counting up, you'll know when you're there.
4. Around #50 I start feeling like I'm floating, around #100 I start smelling things that are in my desired reality (for example, mint and cologne). If it takes you longer to feel and smell these things that's okay! It takes everyone a different amount of time.
5. Eventually you will reach your desired reality, this method took me about 8/9 tries to successfully shift the first time. I personally would rate this method an 8/10, it was the first method I shifted with, but there are better methods that I've now used that will be included in this book.
