Rating Shifting Methods

I'll be rating all the shifting method I've tried over personal experiences, remember that it's not the same for everyone.

Raven Method: 9/10
-This method is probably my #1 favourite as I got symptoms a lot faster and began to drift off easier.
-I sometimes find it hard to visualize in between counting to 100 but the subliminal's help a lot.

Alice in Wonderland Method: 7/10
-Took a while to start getting symptoms of shifting but as soon as it started they progressed quickly.
-The only problem I have with this one is falling down the hole, I always end up scaring my self and jump out of meditation.

Piano Method: 3/10
-This one is one of the worst for me as you need to have the right piano song to play at the right time, and if you fall asleep to early or to late it won't work.
-There is also a lot to visualize with this method, you have to stay VERY focused and could loose meditation to early.

Heart Beat Method: 8/10
-Listening to a calm steady heartbeat just made me fall asleep faster and calmed me down
-A problem with this one is you don't experience symptoms while falling asleep, you either wake up in your desired reality or you don't, it's basically just by luck.

Staircase Method: 5/10
-This method was very hard for me to visualize as I had no idea what was going to be at the top of the staircase.
-I kept falling asleep to early for this one as I just kept getting bored .
-Symptoms do take a while for this one too.

Train Method: 7/10
-I got shifting symptoms very fast with this one
-You'll need to visualize the station and train a lot, it might take a few tries though.

Pillow Method: 2/10
-Sorry to break it to you but just placing your script under your pillow won't do anything unless you're an EXTREMELY FOCUSED person and your vibrations are extremely high.
-With this method you will get no symptoms to show that you are shifting, I've only seen one person that this method has worked for.

Sailer Method: 0/10
-This one requires you in a bath, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO THIS METHOD!
-If you end up falling asleep in the bathtub you could seriously injure and hurt yourself!

Kathrine Method: 8/10
-This method works really well for me as symptoms of shifting started really fast.
-Fell asleep very fast.
-My neck hurt a little afterwards with this method but it goes away after a few hours.

Wizard of Oz Method: 7/10
-The spinning feeling made me feel like I was shifting really fast.
-I got scared when the house fell to the ground and I lost my focus.
-Lots of visualization and concentration needed!
