Heart Beat Method

1. Find a video of a heartbeat on youtube that is over 1 hour, make sure this audio suits to your liking. Put it on a low volume, but it's still loud enough for you to hear it clearly.

2. Now that you have your heartbeat audio playing lay down in a comfortable position. Imagine laying on someone's chest (your comfort character). I recommend imagining someone from your desired reality as it makes it easier to visualize. 

3. Now it's time for the affirmations. Start repeating in your head or out loud "I am shifting" continuously until you feel it is the right time to longer your words. Once you feel as it is time to say longer affirmations start doing so. Some examples of affirmations are; "I have shifted onto ...'s chest" or "I am shifting into my desired reality".

4. Once the heart beat audio is over imagine  your comfort charcter taking you hand and leading you out of your bed. They then will lead you out of the room you where sleeping in and they'll say "(your name) its time to come home." Open the door that your visualizing infront of you, youll see a bright room with tons of light flashing onto you. 

5. Once your done visualizing the room of light you should eventually start feeling like you're falling. After falling for a few minutes yould eventualy hit the ground and youll be in your desired reality. I rate this method a 3/10, there is defintitly alot of visualization that you need to do, I personanlly haven't been able to shift with this method before and I have tried mulitple times.
