So I used the Raven Method again this time mixed with the Alice in Wonderland method and ended up getting really closer than I ever have before! Like usual I started to get tingles all over my body and started losing the feeling in my arms and legs, for the first time I started to smell strong coffee and saw green and yellow lights through my eyelids. I think I got too excited when I started to see the lights and lost meditation. I ended up getting really scared because I felt someone tug on my arm a little. I'm guessing that I've been getting really close every time I try. Remember that if you ever feel unsafe DO NOT push yourself through it. Your consciousness is likely trying to tell you something or even give you a warning. I also had a dream about shifting last night which is also supposedly good news so yay! This session lasted 37 minutes.
Aftermath and Symptoms of Day 4:
-Dizziness
-Tired
-Headache
-Brain Fog
My symptoms have been getting better and lasting for a shorter period of time, I hope this just means I'm getting used to them and not losing contact with the shifting world.
