Remember visualization is the key, if your one of the many people who have trouble visualizing with your eyes closed use to 5 sense rule. This one has been helping me a lot!

1. What is one thing you could smell in your Desired Reality. Tricking your mind to think your actually smelling something can make the process go a lot faster.

2. What are some things that you could touch in your Desired Reality. The feeling of someone's hand? Or a blanket?

3. What could you hear when your in your Desired Reality? People talking? Rain? Music? Someone calling your name?

4. What would objects, people, and the setting of an area looks like in your Reality? Since I'm doing hogwarts I like to imagine what the books and movies show, but this can be tricky if you don't have anything to visualize off of.

5. What would the food taste like? Salty? Spicy? Bland? Best or worst food you've ever had?

If your mind starts to wander elsewhere start over as this meditation won't work then. I use this after counting to 100 using the Raven Method. Make sure you have some kind of subliminal on (it's helps a lot)!
