Prussia became a freestate on the 30th of November in 1921 and was the largest state in the Weimar Republic

HItler got a very mild sentence after his coup (Hitler coup 1923).  He didn't even complete it. He only spent a few months in prison and was released on the 20th of December 1924. He became a german citizen in February 1932.

On the 20th of July in 1932 chancellor Franz von Papen abolished the prussian government. The prussian parliament didn't have any power afterwards. The SPD had the majority in Prussia until then. The prussian coup allowed the NSDAP win the election in 1932 with 37,4% two days later

Prussia was abolished with all federal states in 1935

Prussia was abolished by the  Allied Forces in February 1947. The territories went to the Sovietunion

Both german states had to accept the Oder- Neiße-border or otherwise the Allies would have not prevented a reunification. As a result Germany accepted the permanet loss of 5  former prussian provinces. These territories went to Poland and Russia

Reichsbürger are people who want to restore the German Empire today along with its former territories which also includes Prussia. They even have their own passports. In the past Reichsbürger were just the citizens of the German Empire and the Weimar Republic

Neonazis also attempt to restore the prussian freestate. Well they all fail so the state is inofficial. this is also the reason why the prussian flag is waved by Neonazis

Bremen, Bavaria and low Saxony have forbidden Imperial flags ( the national flag of the German Empire and ist War flag) to fight rightwing-extremism. The cause for this were that around 100 Neonazis have been runnig up the stairs of the Bundestag were they were stopped by the Police ( as far as I know 3 officers actually acted)
