"Hi, Mom."

"Hi kiddo, what's up?"

"Um, we're at the store, and we were going to make spaghetti, since I remembered you have a nice recipe, but I can't remember any of it. Can you help?"

Blair and Dream were standing in the middle of the pasta isle of the super market, completely lost.

"Oh! Did you and Adam sort it out?"

She frowned. "Uh, not yet. I'm just with a friend."

"Did you end up finding a therapist?"

"Yeah, I'm seeing one soon. We're literally in the middle of the super market, Mom?"

"Oh, sorry!" Blair's mom rattled off a long list of things to buy.

"Can you just text me? I won't be able to remember all of these."

"Sure. Call me later?"

"I will. Love you, Mom."

"Love you, too!"

"You're mom sounds really nice," Dream said, pushing the cart back and forth in place.

"She is. I haven't seen her in a while, but we talk almost everyday."

"Where does she live?"

"Washington. That's where I'm from."

"Really? How did I not know this?"

Blair shook her head with a smile. "Um, I don't know."

They started walking down each isle looking for their ingredients.

"Why did you move here, then?"

"Adam has family here that he wanted to be closer to."

Dream frowned, and watched as Blair picked different spices from the shelf.

"Do you really not have any garlic at home?" She asked.

"Do you miss Washington?"

She glanced at him. He was still frowning. "All the time," Blair said with a fond smile. "We lived super close to the mountains, and there were these big evergreen trees everywhere. My friends and I would go on hikes to the rivers, which were freezing even in the middle of summer. And it smells like rain, all the time."

"Did it snow?"

"Sometimes." They turned into the produce section. "It didn't get too bad in the city, but you can go up and ski in the winter time."

"It doesn't snow here, ever."

"I know. It hardly drops beneath sixty five here."

"You sound annoyed."

"It is annoying!" Blair said with a small smile. "I don't ever get to wear my cute sweaters. And it never feels like fall."

"When was the last time you went to visit?"

She had to think for a moment. "Over a year ago, I think The Christmas before last."

"You should go."

"You sound like my mother," Blair retorted. Dream bumped into her side.

"I'm serious!"

"Now isn't really a good time, Dream."

"Not today," he said with a laugh. "Maybe for the holidays or something. Or you could go at the end of the month, since Florida fall is so disappointing."
