When my son was about 5 he always enjoyed a good bedtime story. Though after this one night he asked me a question.
"Mommy, do you know Mary?" He asks me before I leave his room. I look at him with a soft smile.
"Do you mean your Grandma, my mom?" I ask him curiously.
"No, this Mary is old with white hair, wears different coats all the time and is afraid of cats. She sits with me in here sometimes after you leave." He tells me.
"Does this person tell you anything in particular?" I ask unsure of who this person is.
"No she just watches over me with this grin of hers before her faces melts off. Well it more like slides off after scratches appear on her face. She said she died from her cats clawing her. She used to live her, I think she's just lonely." He tells me with a soft smile and a shrug.
