Each time I get a new patient I always debate one thing. Will this be the next patient I take to play with? If I do, then what way do I play with them. So many things I can do. So many things I could attempt.

Its been a while since I've actually acquired a new patient for my urges. There's lots of people that come here to the hospital for various ailments that need fixing. Since I am the General Surgery Attendant, I get a various amount of hands on work.

Spare time can be hard to find, though when I do, oh I take advantage of it.

I luckily have tonight off and tomorrow. I also have a patient in mind that I can take with me. She won't be missed since I will discharge her and take her along for the ride. Thankfully with a few more patients to see I can discharge her and have some fun.

I take my time with the patients to make sure everything is alright and that theres nothing they need. I sign the paperwork and add in any details that had been missed.

After the last patient I go to Ms. Rosa Riley. I smile to her and she smiles back.

She is cute. Petite, light brown hair and dark chocolate eyes, with full lips. Stunning. I check her charts again and I sign off that she can leave.

"Well Ms. Riley you are ready to go home now. If for any reason theres anything wrong please give me a call." I tell her. She smiles and nods as she leaves with her things. I give the chart to the nurse and get my things to leave. I know where she lives from her chart. I will go get her later on.

When I get home, I change into a pair of jeans, sneakers and t-shirt. I'm going to over heat later so this should be fine.

As much as I want to shower now and feel the water refresh me, I'd rather not have to re-shower again later. My back shed doesn't look like much on the outside, but it brings me down to my own surgical play ground.

I lift my arms above my head and stretch for a few seconds before bending in half to stretch. This will be a fun evening and good Friday. I grab my bag, lock my door and go to my car. I throw my bag into the back seat, before I open the drivers side door and get in. I turn the car on and plug my phone in for music.

Thankfully my prey doesn't live to far away. I'm hoping she came right home to rest. But on the off chance she didn't I can wait for her. I park my car in front of her house. Obvious? Perhaps. If anyone takes down my plate number what they will find is it belongs to a murderer on the other side of town. I havent been caught yet, nor has anyone suspected me.

I turn the car off but let the music play as I open up a map and pretend to look for where I'm going. I watch her house casually. A car is in the drive way but Im guessing its hers since I know she didn't drive home herself. No lights are on. Though it isn't to late yet. I wait a while longer. It looks like no one is home.

Over hearing ones conversation isnt exactly ethical but it saves me time to get into her house.

I grab my bag from the seat and walk up to her front door. I grab the key from the flowerpot on the table on the front porch. I unlock her door and replace the key just how I found it. I get into her house quietly, shut the door behind me and lock it behind me. I stand there for a few moments listening. A quiet house is a good house.

I have to be quick if I want to make sure I don't get caught. Or at least hide until its dark out before I can get Rosa. I head upstairs. Its a smaller home. But it suits her. Theres a guest bedroom thats unused, the bathroom is small but functional. I go into her room. Its cozy. She has a small walk in closet.

Not many places for me to hide. She is a small woman, and I'm a bit on the taller side. I go into her closet. I arrange the clothing as best I can to hide myself without it being obvious that I'm in here. I hid my bag between my feet as I have a cloth with a small bottle of chloroform in my pocket. Now its just a waiting game.

"Thank you, sis for driving me home. Its been a long day." I say to her as she pulls up to my home. I unbuckle the seat belt and open the car door.

"Your welcome sis. Be safe please and if you need anything call me ok." She says as I carefully get out of the car and put my bag on my shoulder.

"I know and I will I promise." I tell her with a smile and a wave as I close the door. She pulls away after waving. The sun has started to set now. I knew I'd be getting home as the sun set with her working until now. Its fine I can take the evening to relax. I walk up to my door and unlock it.

I lock it behind me, put my purse down and head up to my room. The sun set is very beautiful. The oranges, reds and yellows. I don't have an appetite this evening. I may as well read a bit and get to bed early. I put my sweater on the back of my reading chair. I haven't touched my book in days since I was at the hospital.

Not enough fluids. Silly me for not drinking enough while I babysat for my sister. It was fun though. I place my hand on the book as I watch the light fade away and turn to black. The stars slowly come out to dance across the sky.

Its a very nice night out and it smells sweet. Sweet? The hell. I feel the cloth against my face as I inhale the smell. It doesn't help to struggle as my arms are more sluggish. What the hell is going on with me. My vision fades to black.

Undetermined amount of time later.

I slowly awaken. My head buzzes slightly. What the hell happened to me? My head hurts slightly. I sit up. I take slow deep breathes as my mind awakens fully to my surroundings. Its a big room. Rectangular, white walls and very sterile. Its as if its an operating room of sorts. Where am I exactly though?

My heart beats more as I stand up. It may only be one room, but I don't see a door at all. How am I supposed to get out of here? I walk towards the wall to look for a hidden latch. I am dragged to the floor. I look at my feet and I see a very short chain keeping me attached to the couch. I sigh softly. What the frig.

I slowly sit up into my knees, take a few breaths and get back onto the couch. I never expected to be taken and brought somewhere. I've read books about people being abducted and making it out. But I don't think I will be so lucky.

There's a squeak behind me. I slowly turn around and see a man standing behind me in a white lab coat with a welders mask on. I shake in my seat. He looks at me.

"Ahhh. I'm glad to see your awake now dear. I was getting worried I'd used too much to sedate you." He says behind his mask. I can almost hear his smile as he looks at me.

"What do you want with me?" I ask stuttering from my nervousness. I shrink into the corner trying to hide as much of myself as I can.

"Oh you will find out soon enough dearie." He says with that smile in his voice as he walks over to the work bench. He slides out what looks like an operating table. Oh dear god I'm going to be a toy for him to play with.

"Let me go I've never done anything to you. I have a family. Please let me go." I say needing to be free. Tears stream down my face as I grip the arm rest. "Please let me go." I whimper.

"There's no fun in me letting you go." He says as he puts some stuff onto a tray.
