When Wayne was identified as this generation's with bloodline of a Guardian, he dedicated his life and time to look for the Void user.

However, he wasn't able to find the person until Jin's father told him about Nyssa. They came from the same tribe so Jin's father knew about the bloodline and the Void user.

Who would have thought that the same person who stole all the donations years ago was actually the same person? Kaya pala he had an inkling to trust that NR despite her stealing.

This story was actually not entirely different with Brock's and Raqie's.

Before they came to Central City, they were also identified with the bloodlines of the Guardians.

But they weren't as obsessed as Wayne to look for the Void user. Instead, they allowed themselves to be recruited by Central Cloud School and focused in cultivating their strengths first.

During Nyssa's first year though, Brock had always this feeling na Void user ang dalaga. But he had to hesitate because during her Element Test, she was able to produce a wind element instead of the Void.

It was only during their meeting again a year ago, saka nila nakumpirma na Void User nga ang dalaga.

"How many Guardians are there?" Nyssa asked.

"Seven. You already know three of us. There are four more around this continent. Your mission that I am talking about is for you to look for them and activate their bloodlines."

"I see..."

"You can begin activating the bloodlines of these three. You are already in Mythic level. I believe it is already doable for you. Also, it is also beneficial on your behalf once you activate their bloodlines."

"Beneficial?"

"You'll see when you start helping them out."

So it had been decided na Nyssa, Wayne, Brock and Raqie would go at Central Tower to start the activation of their bloodlines. Aside from Leon and Maru, Toby would also come with them. He insisted; probably to watch over Nyssa in case she went missing again.

Anyway, it was possible to take them a while dahil na rin tatlo sila. Also, they would have to consider how fast Nyssa could recover from one activation to another.

As for the others, they would be doing the mission of looking the Dark Guild bases to rescue Anastasia.

They started in Central Island.

There were two groups for this.

Jin would be leading the first group. He was joined by Khalil, Adam, Naomi and Drax.

While the others would be lead by Alexandra, together with Zaki and his council members. Since it was just announced by the Headmaster na graduate na ang batch nila officially, Zaki and his council would be having this as their first out of campus mission.

Anyway, they hadn't had a hard time rounding up the Dark Guild bases in Central Island. Aside from those in Nyssa's old memories, Wayne also knew some of it. They had another talk about this and finally they had the list of those bases they would attack.

The next day... Jin's and Alexandra's group were already preparing to leave.

Someone was hesitant to leave though.

"Jin..."

Nyssa called him out since he had been holding her hand for a while now.

"Seriously? How are we going to finish selecting a weapon for you?"

Instead na bitawan siya nito, he grabbed and hugged her. He even put his head on her shoulder.

"I have a feeling that I won't be seeing you for a long time."

Natahimik naman si Nyssa dahil doon.

She wasn't sure when it started. But everyone seemed to be thinking that she would be gone missing anytime.

She reached out and tapped his back.

"Then you should finish your mission as soon as you could para makita mo ulit ako, di ba?"

Jin remained quiet. They were just like that for a while.

Bigla namang bumukas ang pinto ng Weapon Room at pumasok mula doon si Zaki.

He stopped at once upon seeing them.

Nyssa almost pushed Jin away but he was too firm to hug her.

"Why are you being tense? It is just this lad." At mas lalo pa siyang niyakap ng binata.

Nyssa rolled her eyes.

"Do you really have to PDA in here?"

"We are in private until you barge in. Why don't you go out and just come back in a while?"

Napailing na lang si Zaki. He continued going in upto the section he needed to go and took several small knives with him.

Then he started walking back to the door.

Nyssa thought he would leave at once but he stopped and even looked at them.

"Others will be coming here later. You might not care about your reputation but think about Nyssa. She is still a lady after all."

Jin just handgestured him to leave.

Again, napailing lang si Zaki and finally left the room.

Nyssa sighed then she once again pushed Jin away from her.

This time, binitiwan na siya ng binata.

But he chuckled upon seeing her red face.

"We are just hugging. Why are you so red as if he caught us red handed doing something more?"

She punched him on shoulder.

Mind you, it wasn't gentle at all.

Jin massaged his shoulder na tinamaan ng suntok ni Nyssa.

"I think you should stop challenging Zaki everytime you see him. See? He already knew that I am not the Anastasia that he fancies. He won't feel the same way about me anymore."

Jin just raised an eyebrow while watching her inspecting weapons around them.

Too ignorant...

She was still too ignorant about these things.

"Two lifetimes and you are still this dullheaded..."

"Yah!"

He chuckled when Nyssa quickly glared at him when he blurted those words aloud.

He once again pulled her towards him and wrapped his arms on her waist.

"Who are you calling dullheaded?"

"Myself, of course. Who else could it be?"

Nyssa pulled his cheeks which caused him to groan in pain at once.

"You cannot call me that. Only Toby can do."

"Maru calls you that too."

"And her..."

"And Senior Alexandra..."

"She as well..."

"And Senior Raqie..."

"Shut up, Jin..."

His laughed covered the whole room.
