^Sunshine^ Haikyuu | Daichi x Hinata

Chapter 1: The Volleyball Game

    1:50. There are ten more minutes until the game starts and Hinata still hasn't shown up. This is a very important game against Date Tech Karasuno can not afford for Hinata to not show up. Just then, at 1:55, Hinata bursts through the big, metal doors that went into the gym. The Karasuno team no longer had that anxiety until they saw Hinata's face.

"Oh my Gosh! Hinata are you okay!?" Sugawara frantically questions as he runs over toward Hinata.

    Hinata had a bloody nose running down his face onto his jersey. He looked like had just been hit by a bus. The whole team was worried about Hinata, even Tsukkishima had a hint of concern on his face. 

    Daichi quickly walked up to Hinata and pulled him outside. "What happened to you..!?" Daichi asked extremely worried. "O-Oh I just fell on my way here!" Hinata said with a smile that seemed almost too big. 

"We both know that's not true," Daichi said firmly.

"Can we talk about this after the game?" Hinata asks.

    Daichi gives a nod before they head back to the gym. Hinata went to practice receiving with Noya while Daichi walks over to Sugawara. "Did he tell you anything?" Suga stares at Daichi waiting for an answer. "He wants to talk about it after the game."

"Oh."

    The game began. Karasuno played their hardest but they weren't as good as they usually would be, as they have their minds set on Hinata. Hinata, on the other hand, played as well as he could, considering he was injured. 

    Karasuno won the game against Date Tech. The teams were starting to leave, and Daichi tried to make sure Hinata stayed behind. Without even realizing Hinata left and Daichi was left standing in the gym. There was something Daichi noticed, though. Hinata forgot his bag.

    Daichi only picked up Hinata's bag so he could give it back to him at practice tomorrow. Although he was very curious as to what was in the bag, he decided to not disrespect Hinata's privacy, but it is very intriguing to find out what secrets are held in the bag of mysteries. It seems like an almost impossible task to not search through your very secretive friend's bag.

    Daichi persued his mission home with his and Hinata's bag. His parents were on a business trip for a week, so he is staying home alone. When he gets home, he sets the bags down and takes a shower. He finished and got dressed in his pajamas. It was late and he tried sleeping, but his mind kept on wandering as to what was in Hinata's bag.

    Ignoring the fact that he is invading someone's personal life, he got out of bed and opened Hinata's bag. There was nothing important at first, shoes and a waterbottle, but as he got closer to the bottom he found something that would change his view of the little ball of sunshine forever.
