Try Not To Fall

I can feel the light from my window dancing on my face. It was 10:30am, i'm gonna be late for school (again) but i didn't feel like getting out my bed, I wanted to stay in the warmth of my bed, but I know Lisa would soon ram into my room. I checked my phone, "No notifications, like always" I rushed in the bathroom and rushed back out. I got my clothes together and went to fix my hair, "Who are you?" I asked myself while looking at my reflection in the mirror. "Why are you here?" I got the brush and began to brush my hair, "Your Useless, why don't you leave."

I lived in a three story building, many times i've tried to jump out my window, many times i've failed. I got my bag and headed downstairs. A sweet aroma filled the air it smelled like... "Pancakes" I tried to sneak out of the front door as quiet as I can, "Don't you want some pancakes before you leave?"Lisa asked. "I can't i'll be late for school, bye" I rushed out and headed to school. The walk felt longer than usual, a man with a mysterious hat and coat headed my way,

"Try not to fall." he whispered. I keep walking trying to figure out what he just said, I turned around and he vanished. "That's weird" I continued my walk until... a note was on the floor, i reached out for it but it flew away and escaped. The ground started to shake, people started to scream, cars started to turn over and dogs started to bark. It was an earthquake, I had no idea what to do, cracks appeared in the road. To think I was just in my bed to see this, as curious as I was i began to look around as if nothing was happening, I felt a gravity pull behind me, I guessed it was the wind so continued to ran. Not looking where i was going i fell into a crack. "HELP!!" I shouted but i knew no one could hear me.

This was it, I'm gonna die in an earthquake crack, FANTASTIC. A couple hours later, the ground finally stopped shaking, I tired yelling again "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!" again, no luck. A rock landed on my head, I looked up, it was that man in the coat again, "PLEASE HELP ME" I yelled, he stared at me for a brief second then left. The crack started to close in, NOW this was it, I was totally done for. The shaking noise stopped, i couldn't feel my body, I couldn't tell if my eyes was open or closed from how dark it was.

A ghostly noise came behind me, lights began to turn on, and these..these creatures were surrounding me one had a knife in it's hand. "What should we do with it?" one asked.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!!!" I yelled. They all vanished in fear. I couldn't even try to comprehend what just happened, so i started to walk around and found an orange -reddish- door. I heard a little girl crying, I began to turn the door knob and opened the door.

"Hello..." I started to walk slowly to her. She was on the floor just.. crying. It reminded me of when i was in the orphan. I knelled down and tried to comfort her, but my hand went through her, like it was a hologram. I started to hear laughter and footsteps.
