A Dream Came True

"Is everything ready for tomorrow. Rides, clothes, the food, drinks, the invitation are out?"

"Lily, would you stop freaking out, everything is under control. Just, go get your things ready." Amanda demanded.

"Why?"

"We're leving town to go back Emerald Count, mostly everyone's already there,so hurry up." she pushed me into the bathroom and closed the door behind me.

I still can't believe this is happening, it's like a dream come true.

After I finished taking a shower, I went in Amanda's room and took out a sunflower dress we bought from yesterday. I took hold of Jessica's make-up box and packed it in a bag, along with my dress and accesories.

"Let's go." I launched the bag in the back of Jessica's car and sat in the back seat.

"Jess, turn on the radio." Amanda demanded

And as the volume escalated, the pain began.

"Making my way downtown!" They sang together leaving my ears bleeding with horror.

"Duh duh da duh da, and I miss you." Amanda pointed at me and I let out a fake smile.

°°°2 hours of teenage songs later°°°

"And I-I-I-e-I will always love food."

"Omagosh look there's the castle." I pointed with glee. Thank God the singing was over. We got out of the car and headed to the entrance where we met Sophia waiting for us. "Hey Sophia." Amanda greeted as if she was nothing. I think Jess and I was fangirlling over her while Amanda acted to cool around Sophia.

"Liz is in the ballroom finishing the streamers, you can go check it out." She guided us to the ballroom where Liz was holding streamers and ordering maids here and there.

My eyes widened with surprise, everything was in its right spot, balloons where blown up, tables d chairs where spread out and there was enough space to dance in.

"Thank you so much!" I hugged Sophia and Liz. I swear I felt a tear ran down my face.

Later that day Sophia offered us some rooms to stay in at a hotel, until tomorrow, I hanged my dress in the closet, refusing to take the plastic cover off it. I rest my heels next to my bed and placed Jess make up box on a table. Tomorrow is my birthday.....I'm actually going to have a party...with people and friends...with actual people who love me...the thought alone was amazing.

"Are you ready for tomorrow." Jess knocked and came in my room.

"More than anything." I replied truthfully.

"Matt called, he'll be picking you up tomorrow, so be ready by six. Oh and also you're gonna have a big ceremony of you cutting the cake at twelve." They really did have everything planned out.

"What about Lisa and Joe, are they here?"

"Lisa says there 're leaving home now and will probably reach at ten." A sigh escaped my mouth as I smile.

"Thank you." I gave her a hug and she left knowing that I was tired. I know I was going to sleep heavenly tonight.
