Jessica didn't know how to feel. She had just been kicked out of the house by her mother. She needed to find a place to stay. So, she went to her neighbor's house, Mrs. Morrison, but she wasn't home. Jessica had only one idea left. She didn't have her car, so she had to walk all the way. It took about 30 minutes, but Jessica arrived to Mr. Wilson's house.
"We need to talk," she said.

"What happened?" he asked.

"My mom found out."

"What? How?" he asked, frantically.

"I don't know, but she kicked me out of the house. Now I don't have anywhere to stay."

"You can stay with me for a while," he said.

"Okay, I guess. Thanks." she replied.

"Yeah, you're welcome, but you'll have to leave once Nancy comes back." he said.

"Who's Nancy?" asked Jessica, assuming she was his sister.

"She's my... wife." he hesitantly replied.

"W-what?" Jessica asked.

"Look, it wasn't my fault. She's been on a business trip and I miss her. I didn't cheat on her."

"Yes you did! And you didn't even tell me you were married!"

"I'm sorry, I didn't think it was important-"

"Nothing can fix this! My mom hates me, I hate me, and I have no place to stay! Ugh!" she said, angrily.

"Well, you can always stay with me!" he replied.

"I'm not staying with you dirty cheater! Cheeky bastard! Never contact me again! Goodbye!" she said, slamming the door behind her furiously. Jessica sat on the parking lot and cried. She cried as hard as she could.

"I ruined my own life." she said.
