Marco and Garth got on the shuttle and went down to a small planet. After they landed, Marco went to the first shop he could find and asked where the nearest doctor was.

They followed the directions and found a small doctor's office.

They went in and Marco said, "I'm looking for a special doctor and was wondering if you could help me out. I need someone who specializes in the unusual."

The man behind the counter watched Marco and Garth carefully.

"What do you need help with?" he asked.

"Well it's rather confusing and unusual, probably a bit illegal. I'm looking for a doctor like that," Marco answered.

The man shook his head. "You can try in the Southwestern quadrant of the city."

Garth and Marco hurried off to the Southwestern quadrant.

Once they got there, Marco called a group of young boys playing a game of ball over.

"I'm looking for a special doctor," he said, "an unusual one."

The biggest of the boys stepped forward and said, "I think I might be able to help. Follow me."

They followed the boy to a small hut with a sign that read, 'The Unusual Doctor'.

"Thanks," Marco said to the boy, handing him a couple of coins.

Garth and Marco stepped into the hut, which was made of mud and straw.

There was a man behind the counter facing away from them.

"Hello, what can I do to help," he started to say, turning around. When he saw who they were, however, he groaned. "What has Alex done to herself now?"

Marco laughed. "Hello to you, too, Michael. Alex has done nothing...yet. Thane is chasing down the old gang and Alex is trying to save our lives and save the world."

Michael nodded, "So nothing new."

They all laughed.

"Let me get my things," Michael said, going into a back room.

An hour later the trio was on the shuttle heading back up to the ship.

They pulled into the bay where Alex was waiting for them. She had a bandage on her forearm.

Michael climbed out and sighed, "Let me guess. You were trying to repair the reserve engine again. When are you ever going to learn?"

Alex shrugged. "Can you patch me up so I can get us out of here?"

Marco and Garth climbed out of the shuttle.

"Go take care of Alex," Marco said. "Garth will put your stuff away and I'll get the ship to our next destination."

Michael grabbed Alex and took her to the medical bay.

He put her on the bed and unwrapped the bandage. The gash was pretty long and deep, but for Alex it was minor.

Michael unlocked a cabinet and pulled out a shot. In one swift, practiced movement he stabbed the shot in Alex's leg and put the medicine into her system.

Alex's eyes drooped. Michael knew he had about six and a half minutes before she began to come back to herself.

He quickly stitched back up her arm and used a cell duplicator to double the healing process. By the time Alex was fully aware, her arm was mostly healed and she could get back to her regular work.

"You're just as good as the last time you did this," Alex complimented.

Michael smiled, "Alex" he teased, "Your head must need adjusting. Clearly I was faster and better than last time."

Alex rolled her eyes. "Fine. You're better. Do I have the doctor's permission to leave now? I want to make sure Marco and Garth haven't destroyed my ship."

"Go, shoo," Michael said, "and don't get hurt anytime soon. I need to restock on your medications."

Alex saluted as she hurried out the door and to the bridge where Marco was talking to Griffin.

"Just don't tell Alex and we'll be fine," Marco said.

"Don't tell me what?" Alex asked, eyeing Marco angrily.

Marco glanced from Alex to the exit as if thinking about making a quick escape.

"What?", Alex asked forcefully.

"Uumm," Marco said, "nothing?"

"I'm not falling for that," Alex growled, "so start talking, Marco because if Griffin is the one who ends up talking and I don't like it, I'm taking it out on you!"

"We're going to pick up Shaun," Marco mumbled.

"What?!?!" Alex yelled. "No, Elise is next. Griffin, change course or else!"

"Relax, Alex," Marco said. "Griffin is still tracking down Elise. You know that Elise covers her tracks well. once she figures out we're looking for her she'll contact us."

Marco stopped talking at the look on Alex's face and stepped backwards towards the console behind him.

"Don't push me, Marco," Alex hissed.

Marco turned and hot the intercom button on the console.

"Doc, I need some help with Alex!" He shouted.

Alex growled and charged at Marco.

Marco knew she wasn't really this mad at him. Her emotions were high right now. Plus he knew she hadn't slept in multiple days. When Alex didn't sleep she got cranky and mad, and therefore dangerous, which meant that even though she wasn't really mad at him, he could still get hurt.

Marco dodged around consoles and chairs. Alex got a good hit to his shoulder before Michael ran into the room.

"Alex, what have I told you about not punching your crew?" he scolded. "It makes unnecessary work for me."

Alex frowned at Michael. "He deserves it!"

Michael walked towards them and asked, "Is that so, Marco?"

Marco rubbed his shoulder and said, "I just got us on the way to our next team member."

Michael nodded thoughtfully then in one quick movement tried to stab a shot into Alex's shoulder. Alex blocked him and while she was busy turning her anger on Michael, he passed another shot into Marco's waiting hand. Marco quickly gave Alex the shot and immediately she collapsed onto the floor, unconscious.

"Wow," Marco remarked, "potent stuff. What is it?"

"Poison," Michael answered nonchalantly. "It works well with her system. Her body had been trained from a young age to resist poisons. So now some strong poisons just knock her out."

"That's scary," Marco said, "really scary."

"Well, it works," Michael said defensively, "most drugs only put her out for a few minutes. She really is an interesting case. I wish she would let me get a full body scan."

"You say that everytime anything unusual happens with her." Marco said, rolling his eyes.

Michael nodded, "it's true, but if I try to get a scan she goes on a crazy mad destroying rampage."

Marco nodded and said, "she's hiding something."

Garth hurried into the bridge looking confused.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"We're going to get Shaun", Marco said, "and Alex didn't like that."

"Shaun?", Garth said, "Great, He can calm Alex down and stop her from killing me!"

Michael and Marco laughed.
