You and Me

Prologue:

Crashhh!

A cars shattered pieces of glass was all seen in and out of the car that crashed at the side of the road with two girls inside. The other girl was still a little bit conscious and still had the ability to grab her phone at her pocket to call for help, while the other girl was unconscious with blood dripping down her face while her head was leaning at the window with broken glasses.

After a minute or so the sound of ambulance and police was heard at the place where the car crashed, many people were hovering and circling all over the scene. The police then surrounded the scene to investigate while the other police were helping the paramedics get the two women out of car, the girl at the drivers seat was then taken out and paramedics concluded that the lady was in her 30's while the other girl at the passenger seat was also taken out and looked like she was in her 20's. The girl in her 20's was being taken inside the ambulance when a girl with an average height approached the paramedics to look at the girl then later on recognises her.

"H-hon please wake up p-please open your eyes!" The girl that just came said while crying her heart out and yelling for the girl to wake up.

"I-is she g-going to wake up? I-is she g-gonna be okay?" The girl again asked the paramedics

"We don't know if she'll wake up or gonna be okay because she just lost so many blood and some shattered pieces of the window glass are all over her" the paramedics answered her unsurely because they too don't really know due to some broken pieces of the glass are all over her body with bloods coming out of her.

"Is s-she with someone?" The girl again asked while the paramedics nodded at her and pointed at the other ambulance where the lady in her 30's was being taken care of, the girl quickly went there to see who her girlfriend was with when she got there she saw her girlfriends mother lying at the stretcher ready to be taken to the hospital. The lady was still conscious and saw the girl approaching her while crying.

"A-auntie" The girl called her girlfriends mother then the lady motioned for the girl to come close to her, when the girl got near her she held the girls hand and called her by her name.

"C-chaeyoungie I—im sorry I d-didn't see t-the truck coming n-near us" the lady tried telling chaeyoung clearly while crying

"It's okay auntie taeyeon it wasn't your fault I'll see you at the hospital and check on you I-im just gonna go and ride with joy and the p-paramedics" chaeyoung told her auntie taeyeon while crying and also holding her hand, while Taeyeon just nodded and let go of her hands.

Chaeyoung then went back to the ambulance where Joy was she went inside then the ambulance took off and quickly went to a near hospital.

After almost 30 minutes of driving the ambulance then stopped at a hospital while nurses quickly went out of the ambulance and took Joy inside with Chaeyoung trailing behind them, they then stopped at the emergency room and placed Joy from the stretcher to the hospital bed, a doctor and a nurse quickly came in to check on Joy while checking her the vital signs monitor then created a loud sound when the doctor and nurses looked at it they saw Joy's vital signs going down from her heartbeat to her blood pressure the doctor then shouted 'code blue' the nurses then went alert.

When Chaeyoung saw what was happening she asked the doctor  what was happening but a nurse just told her to get out of the roon and just wait for the doctor Chaeyoung tried to force the nurse to let her stay but the nurse just repeated on asking her to get out Chaeyoung then just had no choice and just went outside.

When chaeyoung got outside she sat on the chair outside the room and put her hands on her face and started crying again, "Chaeyoung!" chaeyoung then held her head up when she heard someone shouting her name when she saw who it is she saw her friends running to get to her when they got to her three of her friends sat beside her while the other four stayed standing and looked her.

One of her friends that's seating beside her put it's arm on chaeyoung's shoulder and asked her, "Hey bro, what happened?" Dahyun her childhood bestfriend asked her when she heard her she just cried while hugging dahyun, dahyun the understanding bestfriend she is just hugged chaeyoung back with tears threatening to fall down, on the other hand her seven other friends just looked at them at chaeyoung to be exact trying to hold back their tears but their tears betrayed them and started falling when they heard chaeyoung suddenly spoke still hugging dahyun.

"S-she was c-covered in b-blood when I g-got there and h-her mother auntie t-taeyeon said she was s-sorry because she d-didn't see the truck c-coming near them I told her it w-wasn't her fault that it was just an accident" chaeyoung said in between her tears while hugging tightly to dahyun and dahyun just kept on hugging her bestfriend and comforting her while telling her it's going to be okay.

Moments passed when the doctor finally went out of the room with a sad expression on he's face he then spoke, " Who was with the patient earlier?" He said that caught chaeyoung's attention she then looked at the doctor and stood up to face him she then answered " I'm the one with her s-she's my girlfriend" chaeyoung told the doctor while wiping her tears away, " I'm sorry but we did all we can to save her it was going okay but she had cardiac arrest we tried to revive her but it didn't work she also had lost a lot of blood and there were  wounds  from the shattered glass all over her abdomen area that caused her to lose a lot of blood I'm sorry  for your loss" The doctor said then patted chaeyoung's shoulder and walked away, chaeyoung broke down to tears again this time she cried harder while shouting Joy's name, all her friends cried with her three were still seated while other four were hugging each other crying, one of her friends again went to her crouching down at chaeyoung then hugged her while chaeyoung hugged her friend back in return while crying.

After the heartbreaking scene outside the emergency room chaeyoung and her friends went to Joy's mother and told her what happened she too cried and comforted chaeyoung and telling it's okay that the doctors did everything they could to save her lover and daughter.

A week after they took Joy to her final destination and buried her that was also the last time chaeyoung saw her lovers mother taeyeon because taeyeon flew to the states after burying her daughter.

That was a scene that happened two years ago now chaeyoung is living alone because she decided that she wanted to be independent and her parents respected that now she's living in a penthouse at a five-star hotel that her bestfriends family Tzuyu owned.
