Chapter 50

Chaeyoung's POV

Once I finished singing we both looked at each other with smile on our lips and love in our eyes,tonight I'm ready to ask her to be mine officially and there's no turning back anymore I'm really ready now.

I held her hand gently and caressed it then I looked at her still smiling and caressing her hand with my thumb.

"Minari.." I called out "It's only been five months since you got here and I'm very thankful that you decided to come here with them because if you didn't...I wouldn't feel this happy and I wouldn't be so in love right now..." I started and she smiled at me so I continued "And it's also been five months since I started on courting you and I don't regret ever falling in love with you because that was the best decision and feeling that I felt ever since that accident two years ago happened I was so broke and lonely.." I said looking at her and I see sadness in her eyes even tho she's smiling listening to what I just said.

"But then you came...and it was the best thing that ever happened to me because right now at this moment and past months that we've been together I'm so happy and—and in love,I'm happy in love and I thank you so much for making me happy everyday Minari I'm so glad that you came and bumped into me that day at the garden.."we both chuckled as we remembered how we first met five months ago.

"And I can't ask for anyone else to be with for the rest of my life than you Minari.." I said and took out a small velvet box from my pocket it feels like I'm proposing to her right now with this,but this is a promise/couple ring to be exact the engagement ring will come once we get there so stay tuned everyone.

"M-minari would you accept this ring and be my girlfriend?" I asked looking at her then I saw a tear escaped her eyes and I don't know why she's crying "W-why are you crying?"I asked her worriedly and wiped her eyes "I-is this for real?"she asked that made me chuckle "Of course it's real Minari,why? Don't you want me to do this?" I asked her and she shook her head and spoke "O-of course I like it"she answered shortly then I wiped her tears again that keeps on trailing down her beautiful face.

"Then why are you crying?" I asked her again "B-because I'm scared..."she answered "T-there's many g-girls out there that likes you and m-much better than m-me..I'm s-scared that you might l-leave me.."she said and I know what she's talking about because Sana and Momo unnie told me about this already and how Mina was so insecure at the girl at the café we went to five months ago that she started thinking low of herself and I don't want her to think that way anymore as much as her cousins.

I wiped her tears before speaking "Do you trust me?" I asked her and she nodded her head still sobbing a little "Then if you do..trust me when I say that I won't ever hurt you and replace you with someone else I promise you that..and I'm the type of person who keeps their words so you better remember this okay?" I said and she nodded her head again then I held her chin to make her look at me and I wiped her tears again and looked at her then my eyes averted down to her lips and I caressed it and I looked at her eyes again.

"And also trust me when I say that... I love you because I really do love you so much Minari" I didn't wait for her to answer me when I suddenly kissed her lips gently and softly pouring all of my love and sincerity she was frozen for a minute but then I felt her kissing me back that made me smile through our kiss,after what it feels like seconds of kissing we both pulled out foreheads attached together and breathing in and out catching our breaths I cupped her face and caressed her both cheeks.

"I love you Minari" I said smiling at her and she hugged me and I hugged her back caressing her back up and down then she spoke, "I love you more Chaeyoungie.."she said that made me smile more then she looked at me head down and spoke again "C-could you kiss me a-again?"she asked me shyly fidgeting her fingers that made me chuckle "Want more of my kisses already I see.."I said and she slapped my arm and spoke again "T-then don't.."she said looking away that made me smile so I made her look at me and cupped her face again.

"I.."I started and kissed her forehead "Love.."then her both eyes "You.."her left cheek "So.."her right cheek "Much.."the tip of her nose then I looked at her lips "Minari" I lastly said her name before kissing her lips gently,and after I pulled out she hugged me and I hugged her back.

"It's a yes Chaeyoung-ah.."she said so I pulled out from the hug and looked at her "Really?!"I asked with full excitement in my voice and she nodded then I hugged her and I lifted her up and twirled around,she might be taller than me in an inch but I'm stronger as my body is in a perfect built for a girl.

"I love you so much Mina" I said when I finally put her down "I love you more so much Chaeyoung"she said and we both smiled at each other.

So right now we're walking at the park at this time like last time,holding each others hands and letting the silence reign on us,sometimes silence is enough to feel comfortable.

"This is real right Chaeyoung?...you're real right?"she asked me that made me chuckle "This is real Minari and of course I'm real I wouldn't be holding you right now if I'm not real right?" I said and she smiled and once again silence is reigning on the both of us.

Today was exactly the day we both bumped into each other at the university garden it was special to me because that's when we first met it was the day after her birthday as well,in the past five months that we've been dating I always find myself happy and smiling even when I'm alone just thinking about her makes me smile and I'm loving her more everyday it grows more and more everyday and now that she's really mine I won't ever let go of her not now not tomorrow not ever because this girl right here? Is the best thing that ever happened to me and I'm willing to risk everything just for her.

'Joy?can you see me? I'm finally happy again now Joy.. I found someone who makes me so happy right now..but you still have a special place here in my heart you're the first one who taught me love and now I'm in love again I hope you're happy there now too just like me here..' I didn't notice that a tear escaped my eye but then Mina wiped it that made me go out from my thoughts.

"Hey why are you crying?"she asked me and I shook my head "I just remembered someone.." I said "Is it your ex-lover?"she asked me again and I nodded "I know that she's happy for me now because she's seeing me happy again" I said smiling "I'm sure she is happy for you now again" she said smiling to me as well then I looked at our entangled hands and I saw our rings that made me smile.

"The ring really suits you..I picked the right one" I said and she looked at our hands then to me and smiled "Yeah it really does..but you know what suits me more?"she asked "What is it?" I asked then she smiled again "You" she said smiling and I can't hide my smile and my heart! It's beating crazily and I could feel the butterflies in my stomach right now oh my gosh Minarii!

"Let's go home it's going to be late" I said and she nodded her head and we both proceeded to my car,I opened the door for her again and fixed her seatbelt but while fixing I didn't expect that she would kiss me so I froze for a minute before I could talk.

"U-uh.."why is that the only thing that came out of my mouth?! Author-nim this is embarrassing! "Thank you my dearest knight"she said smiling at me and I smiled as well before getting in and driving away.

Chapter 50 out now! Guys I'm sorry for the late update we were cleaning the house that's why I couldn't update earlier I'm really sorry but I hope you enjoy guys!
