Chapter 39 (confession)

Chaeyoung's POV

Me and Mina are now here in the veranda and looking at the city lights,I'm getting nervous of telling her already but they said that since I already know why not tell her already so here goes nothing.

"The city light is really pretty from up here"Mina said focused on the view "Yeah it really is" I said looking at her admiring how beautiful she is how can an angel be this close to me right now.

"So do what you have to do now Chaeng"she said now looking at me smiling and my heart just skipped a beat seeing her smile—her pretty damn gummy smile.

"O-oh yeah r-right" I said stuttering and I heard her chuckle "Hey no need to be nervous I'm not a scary monster you know"she said 'Yeah you're really not a monster because how could a monster be this beautiful right?'

"So go on and do what you have to do now"she added and I looked away from her and just looked at the city lights and I let out a small sigh and smiled.

"I heard you..."I started and I smiled unconsciously remembering what she said "That night after we went to Chang-won...y-you said you were slowly f-falling for m-me..." I said "I heard y-you also said that y-you wanted to be f-fixed too a-and that if I would accept you and fix each other..." I said stuttering and I heave a deep sigh before saying what I last heard from her that night.

"And if I would catch you if you fall deeper"I ended still looking at the city lights then I heard her spoke after a few minutes of silence "C-chaeyoung..."she said and I looked at her with a smile.

"I can't catch you if you fall deeper Mina" I said and I saw her eyes—her eyes showed hurt and sadness then she looked away and chuckled a bit and spoke.

"I know...i-it's okay"she said with hurt in her voice she then turned around and was about to go back inside but I held her wrist and made her look at me.

"How can I catch you if I myself have already fallen for you too?"I said with a smile on my face that showed my dimple then I saw a tear fell on her cheeks and I went closer to her and wiped it then I spoke.

"Help me fix myself Minari let's help each other fix ourselves like what you said,and I promise you I won't leave you and hurt you..." I said and she sobbed "Everything maybe too fast and all but I don't care anymore ever since you got close to me this heart of mine..." I pointed to my chest and she looked at me "Has been beating crazily ever since you came...help me fix myself too Minari...love me too...take care of me too...and I'll love you more and promise you that I won't ever leave you" I said and she hugged me and sobbed even more.

I made her look at me again then I held her both cheeks and spoke.

"I fancy you Mina" I said she cried and hugged me again, "W-what if I-i can't be e-enough for you?j-just like to her?"she said and I remembered what Sana unnie said about Mina always thinking low of herself ever since her ex-lover left her and her ex-lover is really stupid for leaving Mina she just lost someone more precious than diamonds.

"Mina I myself too isn't sure if I can be enough for you as well but I'm going to do everything and try...because it's you" I said and she looked at me now "So try with me Mina let's both be enough for each other" I said and she nodded and spoke "I-i will b-but if I f-fail to do so p-please don't l-leave m-me"she said and I nodded my head and kissed her on her forehead.

"I promise you Minari I won't leave you just fix me too...love me too...take care of me too that's all you need to do" I said and she hugged me again but this time her crying subsided.

"I fancy you too Chaeyoung"she said and I smiled hearing it again from her, "Let's go back inside now they might be drunk as hell now and already sleeping on the floor" I said and she chuckled then we both went back inside and I was right they really are already sleeping on the floor.

Sana unnie's head is on the table Momo unnie and Dahyun are hugging each other lying on the floor while Tzuyu she's on the sofa Nayeon and Jeongyeon unnie are on a sitting position Nayeon unnie's head is on Jeongyeon unnie's shoulder while Jihyo unnie she's also on the table just like Sana.

"Let's sleep in my room"I said and before she could even answer I already dragged her to my room,once we got in I closed the door and I saw her just standing up looking around.

"Your room is very dark colored"she said looking around my black and greyish room "I like it like that" I said and chuckled "You go take a bath and change your clothes I'll lend you a pair of pyjamas" I said and she looked at me "We both better sober up if we don't wanna wake up with a bad hangover tomorrow right?" I said and I pushed her gently into my bathroom because she was just standing at my door way.

"Go on and take a bath Minari I'll prepare the pyjamas for you"I said and closed the door and went to my closet to get her a pair of pyjamas I'm lucky I have a pair that would definitely fit her I placed it on the bed and waited for her to come out.

After we both had a bath we laid down on the bed and both of us are just staring at the ceiling not saying anything.

"Y-you really wanna try it with me?"she asked me and I turned to face her and she faced me too when she turned to me as well my heart beated crazy again and so I smiled looking at her.

"I'm sure Minari" I said smiling at her "But what if I can—"she was saying something but I cutted her off because I know what she's going to say "You don't have to worry about not being enough for me because I'm not sure too if I can be enough for you but like I said earlier I wanna try it again... I wanna try it with you Minari..." I said and held her cheek again and caressed it with my thumb.

"Like I said just love me too...take care of me too...and trust me... I won't leave you and hurt you,let me fix you and just help me fix myself too that's all you have to do" I said and she smiled now "So what are we now?"she asked me "We're going to start this the right way let me court you first,let me show you that I love you and in return love me more too" I said "I already love you more"she said and I chuckled "But love me more let me make you fall for me even more now me being oblivious about it" I said and she nodded her head then I kissed her forehead again.

"Let's sleep it's late already" I said she nodded her head and hugged me hiding her face on the crook of my neck.

"I fancy you Chaeyoung"she said and I kissed her again but this time on the top of her head.

"I fancy you too Minari"
