Arriving back in my hometown felt good, I've been gone for just some weeks but I get homesick quickly. Prince decided that we will stay here for three days before going back to Minnesota. He has been off since yesterday and obviously, I know why. We haven't fully spoken about everything but I'm planning on that when we get settled at my home. My sister and mother have been checking up on my place for a while but I know they didn't clean from top to bottom as I do. With Prince here with me for these few days in my city, I'm hoping to get him in a small routine of what I do and we can work on us.

Often, I find myself gazing down at my hand not seeing a ring there. I remember last night during his show I kept crying knowing that things are pushed back once again. This time it's just us in the way of our relationship. Prince made Sheila apologize to me, it was so unreal and fake but I took it and apologize back to her. Yes, I was being genuine. All I want to do is make Prince happy, all I want from him is to tell me the truth. Certain people that are around us have seen that something is different between us. I try my best to pick up where we left off but Prince is so hurt. I asked him if it was me but he claims that he just feels upset and disappointed with himself. He was excited for us to get married and so was I but he knows I was right about this decision. As for me, I think my anger has gone, I'm more focus on making this relationship last and be strong for the both of us. If I'm being frank, I don't think Prince ever dealt with this type of rejection or any rejection.

"Home sweet home," I mumble while getting out of the car with the help of Kirk. "Thank you. Let me open the door." I dig around for my keys as I heard Prince's heels clicking on the ground.

"Looks like it snowed," Prince mentions as I glance around seeing some dusting of snow. We step up on the porch, he wraps his arms around as I find the right key to open the door.

I smile lightly turning a bit, he kisses my neck sweetly. "You can't even get in the house without showing affection, huh?" All he does is laugh in the crook of my neck.

First time hearing him laugh in two days...

The door opens and we went inside as the guys brought in our luggage. I didn't waste one moment getting out of my outerwear and turning on the heat. My hands rub them together as I saw Kirk and Zeke bring in our things. Prince takes off his fuzzy faux fur boots and hangs his coat next to mines in the hallway.

Prince spoke to them before they left for their hotel while I scan over a few spots in my home, making sure things are in their places. I head into the kitchen to fix us some tea.

"See ya later, Melia." I heard Zeke call out.

My head pokes out the kitchen seeing all three men, "Bye y'all. Thank you again." I wave politely as Prince smiles at me. He sees them out and I went one to fix our hot drinks.

The kettle is filled with water and placed on the stove, I open one of the cabinets seeing my stacks and stacks of tea. Honestly, it's so many to chose from that I just point and grab. Prince strolls into the kitchen finding me. He leans against the counter watching me thinking about my tea decisions.

"Thinking hard?" He comments. Prince moves over to see what I'm looking at. "You know you want the English Breakfast Tea. It's your favorite." He says which is true.

"I know but I only have one bag left. Maybe I'll go for some hot apple cider? For the fall weather." I peek over my shoulder with a small smirk. "And for you?"

"I switch it up and have the same as you." My lovely boyfriend says. I reach up taking down two packets of the pour-in powder. "I'll get the mugs..." He tells me going over to the next cabinets.
