"Millie" Gio said waving his hand in front her face. Milani was kind of shocked to see that Robby was her new neighbor.

"You two know each other or something?" Maddy whispered to her sister

"Yea we have all our classes together except for last period" Milani whispered back

"Robby this is..." They all noticed that they never mentioned their names. Robby also still hadn't noticed that Milani was there.

"I'm Enzo"

"Giovanni but call me Gio"

"I'm Madeleine but everyone calls me Maddy"

"Ricky"

"I'm Rafael Perez, I'm their dad"

"Millie introduce yourself" Ricky whispered to her.

"Oh- sorry I'm Milani"

Robby looked shocked as well to see Milani in his house. Their eyes met and he had a small smile on his face.

"Nice meeting you all! This is Robby, my son and I'm Shannon Keene" She said.

"Welcome to the neighborhood, we just wanted to let you know that sometimes our house is very loud" Milani's dad said

"Oh that's fine! Where we used to live it was always loud so it's okay... would you like anything to drink or eat?" Shannon asked

"Can I have a water?" Milani asked

"Me too please" Gio said

"Of course, Robby can you bring two water bottles"

He went into the kitchen and brought the two water bottles. He handed one to Gio and one to Milani.

"Thank you" Milani said

"Anytime" He said with a wink. Milani blushed a little but not to much to the point where anyone could see it. But if course Maddy did see it.

"Do you like him" Maddy whispered to Milani

"What?No, we just met this morning" She said

"Mhmm okay"

They stayed for about another 5 minutes before they decided to walk back home.

"Well it was very nice meeting you all!" Shannon said.

"You too!"

"Bye" Milani said to Robby. She shook his hand and felt a piece of paper. He looked at her with a smile.

"Bye" he said back

As they entered their house Milani opened the piece of paper, it had a number in it, she was debating on whether or not to text him.

"I'm gonna take a shower so if anyone needs to use it go now" she said. They only had 1 bathroom for 6 people (7 when their mom came home), so every time someone was gonna take shower they needed to let the others know.

After her shower Milani put on a pair of grey sweatpants and a black tank top to sleep in. She walked downstairs.

"Millie can you come with me to the gas station I want some chips but dad won't let me go unless someone else goes with me" Ricky said

"I don't know it's getting kinda late and it looks like the crackheads are gonna be going out soon again" She replied

"Please I'll pay for what you want at the store"

"Fine let me just get my shoes on" she said going to the closet. She put on her black converses. They went outside and got their skateboards. Ricky and Milani used to always skate together but after a while Milani stopped and it was only Ricky who kept doing it. After a while they got to the gas station.

"Okay choose what you want and then meet me in the front" Ricky said. They went separate ways to find their snacks. As Milani was walking down the chip aisle. Her dad texted her

Dad: can you buy some milk we're running out
Milani: okayy

As she hit send she bumped into someone causing her chips to fall.

"Shit my bad" She said picking up her food.

"No it was my fault, here let me help you"

"Oh thank yo-" She noticed who it was.

"You're everywhere huh?" Robby said

"Not really I just came to the gas station to get snacks and milk" Milani said holding the snacks up.

"Came to pick up your beer to get drunk at a party?" Robby said remembering what happened on the earlier that day

"Ha ha very funny but no i only came to get snacks... did you come here to get drugs from the crackheads behind the store?"

"Actually-"

"Milani hurry up" Ricky said

"Well I got to go but see you in school" She said about to walk away

"Wait... can I ask you something?" Robby said

"Sure"

"Why haven't you called or texted?"

"Ohhh, well to be honest I didn't know if you wanted me to, I thought you were joking but I'll see" She said with a small smile. She walked up to the cashier and Ricky paid. Robby watched her with a big smile. (Lmao but like not in a creepy way)
