After Jiyong ordered a normal portion which was one dish, he turned back to the excited Dara . He was going to ask her if she was alright, but seeing her bubbly expression, the question left his thought. He was left to foolishly smile at his wife like the whipped husband he was.

"Is our baby hungry?" He teased her, clasping his hand over hers.

She tilted her head, unsure of which baby he was referring to. Was it her or the actual baby? "I don't know. I just feel really hungry today."

Unlike the expecting mother, Jiyong's eyes lit up. A big appetite indicates signs of twins, doesn't it?! Maybe he could have his soccer team early! "Really now?"

Dara nodded her head, "I also want desserts."

Jiyong shrugged, "I don't see why not. As long as it's not ice cream, you will be fine." He was already formulating different girl names inside of his head for when his twins arrive. Their baby was barely the size of a blueberry, yet here he was, already getting ahead of himself by eight months.

"I saw Kiko at the restaurant." Dara finally said to him. "Also, why is my lawyer one of your men? I hired him when Arad was a brand-new company. How did you get in touch with him?"

"Kiko was sent by me. During your disappearance, Donghae had reached out to her for a collaboration. Supposedly, he had evidence that could bring your downfall." Jiyong answered her. A second later, a knock sounded throughout the room and the food was brought in.

The utensils were already in Dara 's hands when the first dish was placed in front of her. Soon, the table was filled with food. She cheekily grinned at him. His lips tilted upwards into an amused smile, "Dig in, my love."

She didn't need to be told twice when she sliced through the roasted salmon flavored with citrus and rosemary.

"When it was revealed you were the owner of Arad, I researched who was working for you. Nian Zewan happened to be a good friend from college." He tested the water with the slow reveal of information. Seeing that she wasn't angry by his actions, he continued, "I needed to make sure the people working for you were loyal and honest."

"And were they?"

Jiyong raised his head. It was impressive how she was able to sort the good from the bad. "I'm sure you already know the answer to that since you single-handedly handled the hiring process yourself."

Dara still found it amusing that she had the time to hire so many people at once. Employees were crucial to a company and even if they were bound under a contract, she was still paranoid enough to personally look into all of them. The only problem was, she trusted Donghae too much to look into his family's connection with the Angs.

Speaking about the Angs, she thought back to Ang Corporation. "Did you do something to Hero Ang?"

Jiyong thought back to the frazzled man that previously occupied the black room. His body was so tortured and brutalized by Daesung, words couldn't describe the action or the burly men that entered the room to further ruin Hero Ang. He didn't want his wife to messy or dirty her hands. Even if she said she didn't want any remembrance of her petty past, Jiyong was willing to be petty for her. Hero Ang's actions will not go unpunished and even today, he was still suffering the consequences of what he had done. The pampered and spoiled CEO who was born with a golden spoon was currently suffering in a mental facility to recuperate before Jiyong sent him off to Daesung as a toy. "You don't have to worry about him."

"Then what is going to happen to the company? I heard they're attempting to rebuild themselves up, but this time, the President is Elder Ang's youngest son."
