Stereotypes

Stereotypes,

The idea that,

Only girls play with Barbies and dolls,

Only boys play with monster trucks and legos,

They aren't supposed to cross,

But they do.

Little children play together in daycares,

Proving stereotypes wrong,

Little girls playing with toy trucks,

Little boys playing with dolls,

Happy and full of joy.

Stereotypes,

Define,

What gender you should be with,

What gender you should be,

What roles you play in life.

Stereotypes are dumb,

They define nothing,

Then what you let them.

You can be with whomever,

You can be whatever gender suits you,

You can play any role you want in life,

Stereotypes.
