Keith was running through the forest. It was raining heavily. He continues running. He then finds her.
He runs to her and turns her to look at her. Her sea blue eyes look at his chocolate ones. They hold a spark that he hasn't seen before.
“Keith.. You came.” she smiles weakly at him.
“I'm here Bea. I'm here. You're going to be alright.”
“No Keith, there is no time left.” she looks at him.
“No! You're going to be alright. Trust me Bea!”
He stands up and carries her in bridal style. And runs back to the town.
“I'll get you to Havana, she will heal you.”
She just nods.
He runs more fast.
“Keith?” he looks at her.
“I don't have much time. Listen to me.”
“No! You're fine.” he picks up his pace. He suddenly trips, causing both of them to fall. But Keith skillfully holds Bea causing her to land on him.
“I'm sorry Bea, we're almost there.”
“Keith I don't have much time. Listen to me! Please!” she cries.
He sits, Bea in his arms.
“Keith, please find my family for me after I die. Tell them that I love them.”
“No! Don't tell that!” he cried.
“Tell Havana and Jonathan that i love them and that I will miss Havana's food—she laughs— And tell Nate that I love him and will miss him.”
Keith shook his head. It wasn't true.
He felt her pull his face to look at her. She smiled, tears falling from her eyes. He could make it out from the rain.
“Keith, I love you. I always had loved you. But I didn't know how to tell you. I love you to the moon and back. I always will. I promise you that. Please don't forget that.”
She unclasps her necklace with all her strength and gives it to him.
“Wear this in remembrance of me. Don't forget me Keith. I love you.”
“I love you too Bea. Please don't go.” he pleads.
“Its okay to let go Keith.…..” She smiles sadly at him.
“I can't bear it if I loose you, Bea.”
She cries in his chest. He hugs her tighter and cries with her. He doesn't lose his grip on her afraid he'll loose her. They cry harder.
She then reaches up to his face and cups his cheeks and places a soft kiss on his lips.
“I love you Keith.” were the words before she falls back into his hands, motionless. Her blue eyes losing its colour.
“Bea?…” He whispers.
No response.
He cries harder. Her body in his arms.
He suddenly jolts awake. He was sweating and he felt moisture on his cheeks. He was crying.
*It was just a dream.* he sighs in relief. *Thank God!*
He then gets up out of his bed and goes to Bea's room. She was sleeping peacefully. He cups her face and places a kiss on his forehead.
*My beautiful Bea. Don't leave me.* he smiles at her.
