Prologue.

Pinagmamasdan ko ang aking tattoo sa aking braso habang nilalasap ang malamig na simoy ng gabi. I warm myself up with blanket and a cup of hot choco on the table. Nandito ako sa terrace,  trying to reminisce the bad decisions I've made. Ganyan talaga basta dumaan ka sa rebel stage. It wasn't easy for me, especially that I'm what they so called rare and just a breeding equipment.

I'm Rogue Wu. The son of Noctis and Len Wu. From a well-known family because of our old money, and I'm an omega. The stigma on being an omega has been at the top of the charts, omegas has a very low population rate, but top in the most suicide. Well, it's not a big deal for my parents that I'm an omega. I have the most supportive and cool parents. But I let them down one time, I take their trust for granted and make a mess of me. I run away and think that I can live by my own, but what can the sixteen year old me do in this place full of hungry alphas...they just wanna bit you off, every piece. I just let out a sigh remembering my foolish self, ten years ago...I thought that I found love, but I only found myself poisoned and manipulated by him and I don't want that to happen. For 3 years I had spent with him, its always about heartaches,  arguments and sex. He was not possessive, rather he was so obsessed of the idea that I cannot live without him. I thought that time I was hopeless.

But my parents that I disowned,  that I denied and walk out from...save me when no one can, and I'm thankful for my loving parents.

Now, as an eldest of the Wu family, I inherit my family business.  I have two younger siblings, twin. A girl and a boy.

"Hey, it's cold out here. What are you doing?" I saw my mom wearing a robe and beautiful as ever. I smiled and offered her to sit with me.

She accepted my invite and sat beside me. I lean into her shoulders, share my blanket with her and she wraps her arms around my waist. "I just remember how lucky I am to be your son." I said.

She rub my arm and lean her head above my head after planting a kiss on it. "That's what it call parenting. You have to let your kids feel your presence...and manipulate them!" She joked and laugh witchy.

I can't help but rolled my eyes and laughed with her. Yup! She's cool I tell you. A comfortable silence envelope us as we just enjoy the moon.

"I hope one day, you'll found true love." Mom broke the silence. I just scoff. "There's no way a man can love an omega like me Mom. Used and almost broken. They'll only want for the money." I said but it hurt a little.

I heard my Mom just scoff at me, "Trust me sweetie, it may not be now but soon. There will be. A man that can walk with you as it hold your hand, a man that can show you off, a man that can bring you in front of the altar. And when that day comes, I'll be the happiest Mom of all..."

A tear escape my eyes as I can feel the sincerity in each word my Mom uttered.

"I will tell all those toxic Moms...'Haha sucks to be you!' Cause when that day comes I can finally see my son happy, I can finally say that I have done my part as your parent. Because the only mission a parent have is to make their kids happy." I felt a kiss on top of my head and I know that wasn't from my mom. I look around and saw my Dad still in his suit, maybe from a dinner meeting. He sat beside me and wrap around his long arms around us.

"And when that day comes that we have to let you go, I'll be the proudest Dad. That I can say I have the most lovable kids of all. I'm forever proud of all of you."

Tears keeps falling down to my cheeks as I felt the love from both of my parents. Despite me being an omega and was once an embarrassment.  I can say that they aren't even bothered about it. My Mom once said, "Well good thing you recognize your own mistake. Make it a lesson for you to face cruel reality and make it a motivation to be stronger and wiser."

"I love my parents."  Words I can't help but utter. "We love you more."
