Chapter Two

Chapter Two - The Vacation.

We are currently having our dinner with the whole fam, that includes my Uncle Rex with his wife Belle and their little bundle of happiness, their five year old daughter, Shein. Uncle Kramor with Tita Connie and Farrah who just come back from Paris. My siblings, Mom and Dad. It was a feast.  Everyone that is currently in this table are alphas, the only omega is me. I think it was said to be from my mother's side, but nonetheless,  they never let me feel like I was a burden, or an annoying nail that is sticking out from a very flat and smooth surface.

"Rogue, kumusta naman ang company?" Tanong saakin ni Uncle Kramor na may seryosong tono at pagmumukha, which is his everyday face. I swallowed my food first before answering. "Well it's getting better. Soon ay matatapos na ang bagong hotel and so far no complications sa construction."

I saw my Dad smirk. "Hah! Take that Kramor!" And they all laugh, napailing nalang si Uncle Kramor. Dad has always been so competitive when it comes to Uncle, I guess it's their brotherly fight. Nabaling ang tingin ni Uncle Kramor kay Zachiry na busy lang sa pagkain. Ang takaw talaga.

"I heard that Rogue will be taking a break. Sino mag ha-handle ng company?" Pagpaparinig ni Uncle. While Zachiry was so oblivious.

Napatigil kami sa pagkain at napatitig kay Zach. "Woah. Ang manhid." Komento ni Farah.

I smirked. "Kapal ng mukha ka'mo." I said and we both laugh. I saw Zasha glared at Zach, pero di parin ito tinablan.

Mukhang nakapansin si Zach na tumahimik ang palagid at ang kanyang pagkain nalang ang rinig na rinig. Nag-angat ito ng tingin. We just stared at him. He was totally lost. "What?" He said while his mouth was full of food.

"Zach! Manners!" Saway ni Zasha.

Napasapo nalang ako sa aaking noo at try not to strangle my brother to death. I still love him you know. Napatikhim nalang si Dad. "Well Kuya, si Zach ang mamamahala muna sa companya-"

Di pa natapos ni Dad ang kanyang sinasabi ay nabilaokan na si Zach. Nagpanic naman si mama at dali dali siyang binigyan ng juice. Nang mahimasmasan na siya at nakatingin siya kay Dad na namimilog ang mata. "What?! Dad! Andyan naman si Kuya-"

"Give your brother a break man." Saad ni Uncle Rex na sinusubo-an ang kanyang anak. "Oo nga Zach. Your kuya needs a break. Tsaka, co-CEO ka. You need to take things seriously." Di mapigilan ni Tita Connie na sumabat.

I felt love and cocky. I smirk and faced Zach. "Oo nga Zach. I need a break." Pag da-drama ko. Natahimik sila.

I heard Farah chuckled "Well that was unexpected." And continued eating. Well it was kind of shocking for them hearing me complain.

"Well anyways. Rogue needs a break. Speaking of that saan ka magbabakasyon?" Tanong ni Mom saakin.

The thing is balak ko lang sanang magpahinga dito sa bahay, but I know Mom will flip. "Actually di ko pa alam." Sagot ko nalang.

"Saan mo ba gusto?"

"Anywhere, just away from the busy street. Gusto ko ng tahimik...maybe I'll like going to the countryside. "

Agad namang napalingon si Belle saakin. Belle was just 35 years old. Younger than Mom. 15 years ang gap nila ni Uncle Rex but that wasn't a problem.

"Well I was from a countryside. May bahay kami doon ni Rex. You can stay there if you want." Saad niya. I smiled. "I'll think about it. Thank you. "

"Baklaaaaa! May chika oks!" Farah squel ng nasa kwarto na kami. Sometimes I really am confused kung saan ba talaga ito nag ta-trabaho. Is she working as a model o isang trans na nagta-trabaho sa isang gay bar. Tinapik ko naman ang braso niya.
