A hideous man with dark coloured hair and an evil smirk strolls closer to me, with a huge knife trapped in his clutches.
I try to move away, but something that I couldn't quite see, was keeping me down. I scream out loud for him to stop, but my voice comes out in nothing above a whisper.
Just as he was about to stab me with his knife, I jolt awake, sitting upright and breathing heavily. I wipe the cold sweat off of my forehead.
As I regain my normal breathing, reality comes crashing down to me all at once. As if some rage was awoken in me, I get up and throw the covers that somehow got on top of me to the side. My bare feet touches the cool tiles and my body gives a slight shiver.
I stomp towards the locked door leading out into the hallway. I try pushing, kicking, pulling, hitting, but nothing works.
"Let me out of here!" I yell out loud. "This is sick!" I scream at the camera in the corner and give it the bird.
Before I could feel the blood prickling down my hands from the old wounds reopening, a pair of arms pick me up around the waist, from behind and pulls me into their chest. I know it's the boy, because I can instantly feel the same sparks I felt last night.
I try to wiggle out of his hold, tears threatening to fall again as I struggle physically and mentally on what to do next. I felt trapped in this place and I needed to get out.
He walks towards the corner in the left and whispers down into my ear, hiding his face in my neck, "Calm down, you know that won't work."
His voice was deep and threatening, I found it strangely appealing and his touch had sent shivers down my spine that wasn't caused by the coldness surrounding us.
I instantly calmed down as if I subconciously wanted to obey his command. I turn around trying to hit him once on the chest area, but it doesn't affect him a tiny bit. He just stares at me with a blank expression. I saw a quick emotion pass through his eyes, before it returned blank.
I start full on sobbing as I fall limp into his arms. The reality of the situation finally getting to me and the seriousness of it all. I was stuck. I am kidnapped and I may never get out again.
Every time I was just figuring something out, I was either injected, in pain, shocked or held by this self-centered jerk. I hate feeling this weak and pathetic.
It takes him a while, but he hesitantly folds him arms around me holding me in his embrace. His hand patted me once on the back. How awkward? Does he not know how to comfort someone?
My body felt tingles all over, but I could almost feel how uncomfortable he was next to me. Was I imagining this? Have I gone off the rails?
After I calmed down, he speaks up again. "You, punching that guy though, was awesome." He says with a million-dollar smirk taking over his face. "You've got fight in you, girl."
A small smile made its way to my face, and I wipe my face, pulling away from him, taking one deep breath. "Sorry-" I begin to apologize for breaking down like that in front of him when I was interrupted.
The door suddenly gets ripped open, and the four Hazmat men walk in.
They scan the room, glancing between me and the boy.
He was suddenly gone from next to me, to sitting on his bed, eyes closed, head leaned back against the wall.
Wow, that was inhumanly fast.
The men's eyes settle on me, and they come closer. Before I could run away or fight back, they had me in their death grip.
"Please don't." I whisper, begging them with my eyes wide from fear.
They drag me out of the room, through the corridor and into the hospital room I was in last.
They strap me down to the table, struggling a bit, with me still trying to fight them off.
Is it a bad time to mention that I am seriously hungry?
The same female doctor from last time walks up to me, she smirks and calls out to someone, "Experiment 05, taking what's needed."
Experiment?! Taking what's needed?!
Another doctor in the corner scribbles something down on a piece of paper.
"What are you going to do?" I ask, trying to stay calm and collected. My heart was pounding in my ears and my fight or flight mode was being activated.
She ignores me as if I didn't just speak to her. She takes a small knife and moves to my lower stomach. She slices open a part of my gown and my eyes widen.
(trigger warning)
Without warning, explanation or any form of anaesthesia, the blade pierces my stomach's tissue and I let out a loud scream. One that could make mountains rumble and cause rock fallings.
One guy places a cloth into my mouth, trying to silence my yelling. I wiggled which only made the pain worse, so I effectually stopped.
The woman kept going, making a huge cut. I feel the warm liquid running down the sides of my body. It was the most awful pain I have ever had to endure.
Tears stream down my face by now and no sound was coming out. My tongue felt dry and swollen. And my head was buzzing, and no sound made it through my ears. I guess this was my body's defence mechanism to pain.
After a while I start to feel lightheaded and the world started spinning around, but still, I tried my best to stay awake.
I think I must have blanked out or fell asleep, because the men suddenly cut me loose, took the cloth out of my mouth, grabbed me and tossed me onto the ground.
I yelp out in pain, but before I could fully comprehend the true pain, they started dragging me back to the room, throwing me inside and closing the door with a loud bang.
I hit the hard, concrete floor and groan out in pain, holding my stomach trying to ease some of the pain. I could feel the stitches through the thin fabric of the gown. They even stitched up the gown where the lady had cut it. I start sobbing onto the floor too weak to get up. What did I do to deserve this?
I felt the red warm liquid start to flow down my stomach and through the gown and drip onto the floor.
What did they do to me?
