Turns out Nova hated Cielo much more than I had anticipated.

When I found them, some random guy, probably our class rep, was holding Nova back from pouncing right at Cielo. He just stood aside folding his arms on his chest with an amused smirk. He had his head slightly tilted looking at Nova, trying to gorge his eyes out.

"Nova, come on. Let's go." I whisper to her as I pass by, walking away without a word.

I hear Nova spit something at him and start following me. "Don't get involved with them. They don't seem very sane." I whisper to her, thinking of how Derek claimed to be Cygnus. How was that possible?!

That's impossible, right? The sparks I felt? No, I probably just imagined that. Maybe some mind trick... Did I forget what he looks like or something? I did live on very little blood supply back then, maybe some of it was made up.

"Don't worry, he's just gettin' on my nerves and he needs to get off of them." She snears back at where Nova almost got charged for murder. Or attempt there of.

I giggle at her and shake my head hopelessly.

She was such a soft, kind, quiet girl, but suddenly with this new boy, she's the most violent person I know. These days I am very thankful to be on her right side.

The day continued and nothing much happened, save for Derek ignoring us totally. Which I didn't have a problem with except for all the thoughts of him possibly being Cygnus entering and swerving in my brain, because I just love overthinking everything.

I did miss him. It sounds stupid, but I wanted Cygnus to be here. And I wanted to thank him for what he did. There has to be some kind of psychological reason for this.

When I was walking home, I kept getting the feeling that someone was watching me. I turn around and watched every corner, selfconscious of being stalked.

When I got home, my mother was on the couch and my father reading. They seem to have switched positions since I was here last time. If you are wondering what they are doing at home? They do trades. And they're unusually good at it. So unusual that I never asked to many questions, and just left it at that. They are great traders.

"Hallo, father dearest, mother dearest." I say putting on a fake smile. I still can't believe they didn't look for me, neither did they seem surprised when I suddenly appeared. They didn't even yell at me or anything.

I hear my mother mumble something that I couldn't quite hear. "Love ya too." I snap back sarcastically.

I roll my eyes and walk up the stairs. What did I do to deserve these amazing people?

I should just run away...

No, that wouldn't work. Where would I go? Who would supply for me, because I wouldn't be able to secure a good enough paying job to keep me independent and alive. Plus seeing as though the government is out to get me any form of safety is good.

It sounds fun though right? Almost too tempting. Bet I can convince Nova to come with me.

I fall back on my bed as I kick the door close with my foot. I groan out load into my pillow.

"Gaia get your ass down here, right now. These dishes aren't washed yet!" My mother shouts from downstairs.

"Love you too?!" I yell back. I felt myself roll my eyes for the umpteenth time today.

"Shut up." She yells back and I sigh. "Now!" She adds five seconds later.

"I'm coming!" I yell back, before I anger the monster.
