They went around and chose a spot to sell. Lu Ying Yue looked at Qiu Weiyuan "Yuan, see if we received anything from Peizhi. Also looked around if you recognize someone from the guard" He nodded and left immediately.
Lu Ying Yue decided to take out some sauce for free taste, Jiao Jing laid some small bowls and some sauces in it. The rich fragrance of the sauce filled the street, causing the people passing by to gulp.
"Miss, what kind of dish is this?"
"It smells really good, how much do you sell this jar?"
Hearing everyone's words, Lu Ying Yue smiled faintly "This is a sauce, you can mix it with rice, noodles, and buns. Today we'll sell three kinds of sauces, we have Pork meat, Boar Meat and Chili sauce. The meat sauce is sold for thirty-five coppers and the chili sauce for twenty-five coppers. There are only ten jars for each sauce."
When everyone heard this, they pursued their lips and immediately took out some money. "For those who weren't able to buy some sauce, don't worry I'll come back after three days and bring more" Those who didn't get to buy left, while hoping that the three days will come soon.
Not long after, Qiu Weiyuan arrived back bringing someone with him, and saw that there are no jars left. He grinned excitedly while staring at Lu Ying Yue and Jiao Jing. "Miss, and Aunt Jing you are really good. I was only gone for a second and you already sold everything." Jiao Jing smiled and shook her head.
Lu Ying Yue smiled and saw a familiar man behind Qiu Weiyuan "Lei Peizhi". The man stiffened and bowed, Qiu Weiyuan sighed "I was about to go check if we received a letter, but I saw Brother Peizhi instead."
Lu Ying Yue pursed her lips and nodded. She looked at Jiao Jing "Aunt Jing, why don't you and Yuan buy some ingredients for the sauce, you should buy some pork meat as well, and some vegetables. Afterwards you can go look for us at the tea house." Jiao Jing and Qiu Weiyuan nodded and left after being handed the money.
When Lu Ying Yue can no longer see them, she looked at Lei Peizhi and gestured to follow her. They soon arrived at the tea house; they chose to sit hidden from other customers.
Lu Ying Yue sighed "How are you? I heard the condition of the others", Lei Peizhi bowed dejectedly "The others have their own family but still having a hard time providing for their own, there were some who became homeless"
Lu Ying Yue nodded and stared ta the man "You?", Lei Peizhi sighed "I'm fine my lady, I visited my hometown for a while and I went back to here to see if you needed me" Lu Ying Yue nodded and looked around. She slid a pouch in front of Lei Peizhi. He looked immediately at his Master "My lady this?"
Lu Ying Yue "Money, for you to use on your travels. Look for your men living on the streets and those having a hard time. Bring them to me and be discreet about it. I saw someone from the Capital a few days ago."
