Chapter 35📱

~Y/N POV~

It's lunch but my stomach wasn't really up for anything today. Especially right now just by the smells of all different types of food flooding the cafeteria.

Did it always smell this bad?

Groaning I leaned my head against Jackson's shoulder while he just sipped on a can of coke. I was thankful he didn't chow down on food like he always does. At least he was considerate but even when he assures me it's alright I can't help but feel a little guilty for him not eating.

"You know Jackson, you cou-"

"Nope. No, y/n I told you I'm fine." Jackson

I sniffed and moved some of my long hair over my shoulder.

"Plus I think you forget that I don't need food to survive like you mere mortals." Jackson

Snorting back a laugh I sta up straight again to meet Jackson's amused eyes just as he nudges my arm with his elbow.

"See I got you laughing." Jackson

"It was a half laugh Jackson."

He shrugged and took another sip of his can before putting it back down again.

"A laugh is a laugh." Jackson

Rolling my eyes I had this sudden urge to turn around so I did but nothing was there apart from the same old common students crowding in their own friend groups at tables and eating.

I randomly sighed and turned back around but then a sudden swoosh of pork blew passed me and I gagged. Covering my mouth with my hands Jackson jolted back but stared wide eyed at me as his concern grew by the second.

"Y/n?" Jackson

Not saying a word I got up from my seat, grabbing my back and bolted out the cafeteria to the nearest bathroom.

I didn't pay attention to who was in but rushed passed a few girls to the stall, locking it and fell to my knees while I spew up my guts. From behind the door I heard a few repulsed comments but I ignored it.

My stomach threw up what little I had from this morning when my mom insisted I eat something before school.

The bathroom door boomed open and there was a sequel from one of the girls.

"Alright ladies, leave in an orderly fashion please!" Jackson

"What are you doing?! This is the girls bathroom!!!" ?

"Get out of here!" ?

Groaning I flushed the toilet and sunk down again the stalled wall, wiping the corner of my mouth with some tissue.

"Come on girlies I haven't got all day!" Jackson

There were a few mumbles of annoyance for the girls before the doors slammed shut and my locked door in this stall was kicked open. Thankfully not touching me as it slammed against the wall.

"Are you okay?" Jackson

He squatted down to my level and passed me a bottle of water which I thanked him for mentally and took it from him.

"Thanks but no. I just want to go home and sleep."

True I did but after throwing him I'm just so tired.

Unscrewing the bottle I took two sips from it before putting the lid back on it.

"When is your doctors appointment again?" Jackson

There was clear worry in his eyes as he scanned my slumped body against the wall.

"Tomorrow I think. Jimins coming but I think everyone is hanging out after. You're in right?"
