Chapter 17: truth exists; only lies are created.

*-Zaraok-*

I wake up in our nest to small yet noticeable sniffles. I wait for my eyes to adjust before listing my head to see the source of the noise.

It was my youngest brother Antor. I carefully lift myself up along with my brother. I then pull him close.

"What's the matter, young one?" He looks at me for a tick then begins to snuggle more. "I ant KEEF!" At this point he was more then sniffing. Who is Keef?

I then carefully tap my mother on her shoulder earning a tired yawn. "What's the matter Zaraok?" Wait how did she... you know what I don't even want to know. "It's Antor he is crying for someone called Keef...Keff?"

She immediately jumps up "on no, all this time I was so focused on us I forgot about Kei-Marice!!!" She swiftly lifts him up motioning me to follow.

We walked for what seemed Varga's yet we're only Ticks before we came to a door. You could hear quiet, yet loud, screams on the inside. "I ANT ANCE!!!" Who ever it was seemed to be extremely distressed. At that Antor jumped from my mothers arms and began banging on the door.

A man emerged from the door, he looked extremely tired. "Antor!!" He lifted him up "come." We followed. He brought him to a crib at the other side of the room placing him in it and immediately the screams stopped.

The two began to giggle while holding each other close. "Keef" "ance" they both then began falling asleep. The man lifting both of them and lying the down next to his mate.

My mother then nodded and begun walking out of the room grabbing my hand in the process. Who is that child? Why does Antor not like to be apart and why does he call him Ance?

I stop dead in my tracks while we were in the hall way. "Mother, who was that and why do they call him Ance?" She looks at me then brings me into the room we were staying in.

"It's time that I tell you about what happened before we found you."

*Flashback*

"Honerva... protect Antor. We can not loose another child!!!" Honerva grabbed her child and ran.

She ran as fast as she could, but it was still not fast enough King Alfor had caught up with her. She launched her hidden Sica (it's a type of ancient dagger)  and threw it at him. He swiftly threw the dagger back at her earning a groan to erupt from Honerva.

She slowly got up, putting her son in one of the escape pods making it go to a random planet. Called earsth something like that.

"You will not harm my child!!"

*end of flashback*

"How could he do something so... so evil. Was he not the head of Voltron at the time?" She looked sad at first before nodding her head. "He came out of nowhere throwing accusations around"

"He said that we were planning to hurt his wife and daughter Allura, but we wanted to do no such thing" who would lie like that and what was their motive?

Now I understand why I left as a prince and came back as a prince with a dirtied name!!! It was him and them-them Alteans. "What happened to the Alteans?" My mother's glance hit my eyes instantly. "We hid them all, no woman or child was injured during the conflict, I didn't have my baby so they didn't have their people."

"Would you mind showing me them" her eyes instantly lit up "of course... but not today... you-young man need sleep" I yet again lyed in the nest with father, mother and brother. It was so silent, so peaceful.

I must know who would lie to hurt people like that? And why would they hurt my family without justification? I will get to the bottom of things!!

I must know the truth.
