All grown up now, Izuku and Katsuki are now in their late 20's. As you probably guessed , Katsuki actually brought himself to propose to Izuku. The story is kind of funny when you think about it.
The two boys were getting dressed on a warm Tuesday morning. Katsuki was planning to take Izuku out to dinner and propose then. But when he was putting the felted ring box in his pocket, he dropped it. The ring popped out right under Izuku and the green headed boy turned around to see Katsuki frantically looking for it.
"K-kacchan?" Izuku said shyly as he held the ring. He teared up a little too. Katsuki on the other hand looked terrified. He was blushing madly and sputtering out nonsense. Izuku ran into Katsuki's arms.
"I know you haven't even asked yet, but yes! I would love to marry you"
Katsuki hugged Izuku like his life depended on it. They spent the rest of the day calling their parents and talking about it with them.
Today was the day that the two lovers decided to have their wedding. They invited almost all their classmates from UA. And of course, their parents.
(imma go ahead and skip the ceremony part cus its not exactly the point of the story)
For the after party, Mitsuki and Inko had a special surprise for the newlyweds. They sat the two boys on the couch and started rolling a clip. The boys were confused at first. But then heard a familiar conversation.
"C-can we kiss"
"Haha, Sure"
The two looked at the screen. It was the video that their parents took of their first kiss.
The two boys leaned in to each other and kissed (on screen)
Katsuki and Izuku blushed insanely at the scene in front of them.
Izuku felt his heart melt when he saw the video. For him, it was as if all the lovey dovey feelings he ever felt for Katsuki crashed down on him at that moment. He didn't even notice he stated crying.
"Hey, whats wrong?" Katsuki asked. Even though he was still blushing noticeably, he brought Izukus head to his chest.
"I remember that moment. It was the moment I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you" Izuku cried into Katsuki's chest.
"Same with me. But don't you dare cry. I don't like seeing you sad" Katsuki said.
"I-i'm just really happy that I get to be with you forever"
