Oh you have to be freaking kidding me I said to myself, isn't that Christopher. This is going to be fun.

" Hi my name is Emily Davis, I'm a new student and got assigned this house"

" Nice to meet you Emily, I'm Gregory Stevens I'm the house prefect and this is Christopher Miller he's the house leader, I'm a senior so he'll hopefully take over next year." he said as he playfully played with Christopher's hair.

" So do you know anything about our house?"

"Not really sorry just the name" I said nervously

" Ohhh" said Gregrory with a tone of disappointment

" Don't be to harsh on her Stevens she's new." a female voice coming from behind said

" I'm Amelia nice to meet you Emily stick with me and you'll be alright, come on i'll get you a t-shirt"

" Thanks, for the save back there"

" Oh don't worry about it it's really nothing, he's the co captain of the football team so he's ego is a little bit big"

"Hhaahaahhaahaah"

" There isn't really much you need to know about house Cumplidor, just that we're the house of the achievers and our color is purple"

" Thanks, what grade are you in?"

"I'm a junior but i'm graduating a year early"

" Ohhhhh, interesting can I ask why?"

" Oh yeah nothing big just that my dad's work is transferring him next august and I didn't want to do my senior year in a different school with new people, my plan was to run for STUCO next year but that's out now"

" I'm sorry"

" It's okay really, i've come to terms with it, it took a little bit of adjusting but now i'm fine"

I few minutes later we got back to where the all the teams were

" So like every year during the next to days we'll do a series of activities which your house prefect will explain to you, todays activities consists of a hicking scavenger hunt so if any of you start felling unwell use your walkie talkie, and inform your house, name and one of our chaperones will help you, any questions...? , no right well get on, each house has 5 minutes to plan strategies starting NOW"

" So team for today's activity a series of objects from our house are hidden we have to find them here is a list of them they're 16 of them we'll split into teams of 4 for the morning and each quartet will be assigned a specific object however if you find another object from the list grab it as well and inform the general team by walkie talkie so the others don't loose time looking for it." said Gregory

" Right guys we have to win this year and we will" said Amelia moving forward.

" we are using the same groups as before right"

" yes Rob, the only thing that's gonna be different is that Emily is going to be with Miller, Ana and Me, are we all clear?"

" yes"

" Okay let's get going"

Nice the Harry potter gods really bestowed their light upon me today right I said to myself at least the two other girls are going to be there not just me and him

At first the hike was a little bit silent I kept feeling like everyone was expecting me to start the conversation or something so after a few minutes I said:

" So what objects are we looking for exactly?"

" We always get the hardest ones" said Ana clapping her hands "Remember last year when we got the pendant!!!"

"HAHAHAHAHAHAH"

" Oh Emily it was like the smallest bobby pin I'd ever seen, it was so rusty it could be easily confused with the mud or a wood stick" Said Amelia

" We only found it because one of us dropped *his* walkie talkie near it and when he went to pick it up he saw it" Said Amelia looking back at Christopher.

" Oh yeah I remember quite fondly the incident with the walkie talkie" Said Christopher now looking at me

" So Emily what school did you go to before?" said Ana

"Ummm, I actually was doing online school before"

" Interesting, did you move a ton or why"

" Ana!" Said Christopher looking furious at her

" Hahah it's okay really, so I was a figure skater and soooo I spent most of my time practicing or in competitions and didn't have time to include school in the mix" I said

"Guys let's focus more on finding the objects then we'll do the talking" Said Christopher

" Yeah sure" the rest of us replied

Nothing that exciting happened for the next few hours, we found a couple of objects but still the most difficult was missing. Time was running out and we had only 1 hour left.

"You know what I have an idea, why don't we split up, that way we'll cover more territory and can look in different directions" proposed Ana

" That's a great idea Ana"

" Yesss you're right"

" I'll go with Emily south and Amelia you and Christopher can go Southeast?"

" Alright, remember to communicate with us and don't go to far out" Said Christopher

" Yes dad don't worry we'll be fine" said Ana annoying Christopher

A few miles in the air was silent, I had a bad feeling but I decided to brush it off. It

"So Emily I imagine the transition from online school to this has been hard"

" Yes, I must admit the first weeks I was felling extremely nervous and out of place, but now I think i'm finally feeling more comfortable with it all."

"That's amazing to hear!, you know I know a little bit about skates and stuff"

" Oh really that's amazing most of the people i've meet at school don't know really anything about it, do you skate?"

" Nono I wish my boyfriend is a hockey player so I know a little bit, hey why did you quit skating if it's not to much asking?"

"Because of an injury last season, but I'm okay now"

" So sorry to hear that Emily, you know I think you may know my boyfriend his name is Logan Brown, sound familiar? "
