Elsa's Point of View
Anger rose inside of me, boiling right from my heart. My brother. Had left the castle. To see a girl.
"I'll do what I like, brother," I cackled loudly. He was not fazed. The girl under his arm was shaking, and he whispered something in her ear, and she relaxed a little.
"Can't you see what you are doing, Elsa? These are people, not puppets!" he yelled at me, his eyes burning into mine. I did not retreat backwards even by the smallest amount. He did not scare me.
"I will do what I please, brother, besides, this is just too much fun!" I squealed in mock excitement. If he was not with me, then he was an enemy. What had made him change his thoughts?
"I've had enough of your selfish, evil ways sister. Did you hear that? I've had enough!" he roared at me. Again, I did not even flinch. Raising my hands, I sent five coloured balls of fire, earth water and air, that all went speeding down towards my brother and his 'girlfriend'. They deserved whatever came to them, I thought. I screamed in frustration and every single one of the element balls rebounded back into the sky, and the other three boys had to dodge to make sure they were not hit. Howling loudly into the air, I realised that Robin must have learnt some new tricks.
"You can't stop me, brother," I spat, moving closer to them this time.
"Watch me," he bellowed back. Again, but more powerfully this time, I sent another five balls at them both. To the joy of the spectators, they rebounded once more. How was he doing this?
I continued to send the spells at him, but not one of them penetrated the shield. He had grown stronger without me realising. Instead, I tried a different tactic. I would cause the annoying girl next to him pain without even touching her. Careful to watch in case he attacked, I reached out with my consciousness to the girl's mind. I growled angrily. No matter how hard I tried, I could not see even the thoughts on the edge of her mind.
"Leave sister, there is nothing that you can do," he pleaded. My eyes glowed red, and before turning to leave, I sent a spray of element attacks across the whole village, setting buildings alight, tearing up trees, flooding the town with water from a nearby river and causing brutal gales that swept away anything in their path.
"Fine brother, you win this time, but I'll be back," I screeched. The insolent little girl was still wrapped under his arm, shaking violently. I shrieked angrily in frustration as I realised I had little magical energy left, and needed to get home. "Come on boys, lets leave my lovesick brother to be as he is," I cackled. Each of them joined me in my laughter, and we left, making sure there was nothing left worth keeping in the village.
The journey to return home was not as fun as the journey there. I vented out my anger on to the three remaining Coven members, and they just ignored me, letting me scream and shout all I wanted. When we arrived at the castle, I stormed upstairs into my chambers, still raging at the thought of my brother leaving the Coven. How could he betray me for some girl? I was still mystified by the fact that I could not read her mind. Perhaps she was special. No, I thought, that pathetic little urchin could never be special. I was the special one. I could control the elements. This thought helped to drown out my anger, and eventually, I came at peace with myself. It was up to my brother what he did after all. He and the little girl would not last long anyway. The calm atmosphere must have returned, because San came to visit me.
"Is everything fine, my lady?" he questioned.
"It will be," I muttered. I was still thinking of a plan to get my revenge.
