Penthouse view, left some flowers in the room
I'll make sure I leave the door unlocked
Now I'm on the way, swear I won't be late
I'll be there by five o'clock
Oh, you've been dreamin' 'bout it
And I'm what you want
So stop thinkin' 'bout it

Can't we just talk?(oh)
Can't we just talk?(nah)
Talk about where we're goin' (nana oh)
Before we get lost
Let me out first
Can't get what we want without knowin'(na)
I've never felt like this before
I apologize if I'm movin' too far
Can't we just talk? (Ooh!)
Can't we just talk?
Figure out where we're growin'

ABUJA, NIGERIA

"Adda Maria what are you doing here?" My sister is visiting us to much these days.

"Farooq is on a business trip and I don't feel like staying at home." She said. She crashed on my bed and placed her hands on her 6 months old protruding belly.

"Okay, but where is Amal?" I asked.

"I dropped her off at her grandmother's place, I need a week to my self please." She muttered and I giggled.

"Am hungry, do you guys food in this house?"

"You know your way to the kitchen ai." She smacked my back I moaned in pain.

"Adda your hand Is so painful." I whined and she hissed, she stood up and sauntered out to go look for food.

My phone rang and I checked it, it was mama. I stood and walked to her room. When mama wants to see you, she dosen't stress herself shouting your name all over, all she does is call you on your phone.

"Naam mama."

"Where is your sister?" She asked after I settled on her magical bed. "She went to the kitchen to get food." I answered and she nodded.

"Assalamu Alaikum." Adda Maria salamed and we replied her.

She walked in and sat next to me with a bowl full of fruits and another bowl filled with grilled potatoes. "Adda can you finish this?" I asked.

"Toh daman fah, obviously." I shook my head and focused on my phone going through my feeds.

"Maria have you ordered what I asked you to order?" Mama asked and Maria nodded since she had her mouth full with fruits.

"Which did you get to buy and when will it be delivered?" Mama asked again.

"I got the mixer, A/C's, blender, 2 TV and some little kitchen items, but it will be delivered next month." She replied and I kept looking at them clueless.

"Who are you getting them for?" I directed my question to mama.

"For you." She replied I looked puzzled. "Ni kuma, for me?" I asked and she nodded.

"What am I going to do with them?" I asked.

Last time I checked, I didn't tell my parents or siblings that am starting a business, so I don't know what am going to do with the appliances.

"Baza kiyi aure bane, are you not going to get married?" Mama asked and I face palmed myself.
