Chapter One : Your Sister. Dude.
January 1994

Luke strummed  his last note off key. It pissed him off, he couldn't sing and play every note. He couldn't help but think they needed a guitarist. One who could play every last note and have him on back up.
"Dude what was that? You can almost always hit the note." Bobby came up to his friend from the back of the studio.
Luke shook his head, "I know. I know." He swung his guitar over his left shoulder so it was resting on his back, "I can't play full, and sing. We need a lead guitar."
Alex scoff, putting his drumsticks down, and walking over to the rest of the band, "It's not like I've been telling you that since we started this damn band."
Reggie gave a smile, "I have someone." He nodded his head, "Who can play."
"I think we all do." Luke, Alex, and Reggie turned to Bobby. The other boy just shook his head no. "Okay, hear us out."
"No." Bobby fought back.
Reggie clapped him on the shoulder, "Your sister dude. She's amazing."
"Plus she's hot." Luke said with a shrug and then immediately regretted it, "But more so, she's better than anyone here on electric."
Bobby aggressively shook his head, "No. No way in hell, is Steph joining."

Alex huffed out, "Why not? Luke's right. She's better than the rest of us." Reggie clapped his hands together in a pleading motion, "See. You're making Reggie beg."
Bobby sighed, he knew he wasn't about to win this fight, "Fine. I'll talk to Steph. BUT everything else stays the same."
Luke chuckled, "What would change?"

Stephanie and Cheryl laid across Steph's bed. Stephanie lazaly strummed at her guitar as Cheryl talked on. Stephanie couldn't get the conversation with her twin out of her head. She could be in a band. She wanted to say yes. She wanted to do badly.

To have her hair in her face as Luke sang. Or hit a high note the guys can't as Alex crashed a high symbole. She wanted it badly. But she also wanted Cheryl to be okay with it. She wasn't about to ditch one of her best friends to join her other's band. Plus Cheryl was already a little shallow that she had to share the best friend title with Alex.
"Hey Cherry?" Stehanie called her friend by her nickname, finally stopping with the vibrations on her guitar.
"Yeah?"
Stephanie moved the guitar so it was off her bed, before sitting up and facing her friend, "How would you feel...How would you feel if I played Guitar for Alex's and Bobby's band?" She rushed the words out, hoping Cheryl still understood her. Cheryl started to laugh, "Oh god."
"No. NO. I want you to. Steph, you're my best friend. And you shred a guitar. I don't care if you want to join the band. Plus you'd show all of them up."
Stephanie giggled, "Well don't flatter me too much."
Cheryl joined in on the laughter, "Just saying."
Stehanie all of a sudden stopped laughing, "I've got an idea."

Luke leaned back on 'his' couch in Sunset curves's studio. "Soooo, you'll play?" He asked Steph as she stood before the boys with her arms crossed over her chest. Cheryl by her side.

"Well, yeah. But..."
Bobby sighed, "There's always something."
Stephanie rolled her eyes at her twin, "Cheryl manages."
"So we get a guitar player and a manager?" Alex asked hopeful. The two girls nodded their heads in sync. "Sweet. I'm in."
Reggie smirked, passing Stephanie her guitar, "Welcome to the band ladies."
Luke sat up on the couch, "Works for me." All five turned to Bobby, "Do we have to." Steph nodded at her brother, "You get me. You Cheryl."
Another fight Bbboy couldn't win, "Fine. Welcome abroad."
"Whoooooo!" Alex chered jumping up from his drum stool, "We got a band."
Stephaine and Cheryl laughed. What did they just sign up for?
