More time passes by, and I've found myself spending more time with Laurance. It's risky, but I'm beginning to like the risk. He's been nice to me, but Katelyn seems as though she still can't stomach the idea of me. It's becoming hard to keep up little lies of where I am when I'm with Laurance simply because I have to watch my back of where Aphmau is at all times. Vylad can only do so much to cover for me.
Ever since the dance, the way I've seen Laurance has changed. He's still a pretty fucked up person, but he seems so sweet. Now he'll sneak me little snacks to my window or pass notes to me in the middle of a class. Nobody would've thought that Laurance would be capable for a little romantic moment of making up for a missed dance outside of a window.
As of right now, the hallway that contains my locker, so being at my locker alone brings a shiver down my spine. It could be that or the fact that Katelyn is walking in my direction.
She stops right in front of my locker and eyes me up and down in disgust. I don't know what I did to her, but if it's because of Laurance it wasn't my fault.
"Before you, I was in a happy relationship." I shrug off Katelyn's comment and go back to looking for the science book I have at the bottom of my locker. I forgot to bring it to class. "Then you walked around like you owned everything and Laurance casted me aside like I was nothing."
Ah, yes, it all goes back to Laurance.
"It's not like I'm dating Laurance," I remind her, rolling my eyes when I look up at her. I hug my book to my chest before putting my backpack on the ground next to me in order to put the book inside of it. "Besides, it's not like I asked Laurance to drop you like a fish. He has a brain of his own and can make his own decisions."
If we were in a cartoon, visible smoke would be flying free from Katelyn's red ears as she glares at me. I can't help but smirk since she has no comment back, and I shut my backpack and reach for my lock.
She beats me to it and grabs onto the lock, holding it above my head and glaring harshly at me. I reach for it and groan, finding her antics to be immature and annoying.
Soon I can feel her two hands on my shoulders pushing my backwards into my locker. I feel the back of my head hit the cold metal, and the locker door quickly shuts. When I try to shut it, she quickly puts the lock in and locks me inside my own locker.
What a bitch.
Katelyn's POV
It's still early in the hour, and not a lot of people typically come to their locker next hour. Y/N is trapped inside of her locker, and I quickly grab her backpack and dash off. If I hide it, then I won't be stuck with it. Not to mention if it's missing, that's more time she spends out of my hair looking for it.
After I hide it, I make it back to my class, and it just so happens to be a class I share with both Y/N and Laurance. But considering I walked in without Y/N, Laurance lifts an eyebrow in pure confusion.
I get into my seat near him and he leans to me. "Where's Y/N?"
"Hmm? Oh, Y/N?" I questions, biting my lip gently. "I didn't see her when I went to the bathroom. She isn't back yet?"
Laurance shakes his head and even frowns a bit. He turns back to the teacher and looks down at the notebook in front of him.

The rest of that hour went by swimmingly for the most part. However it got to the point where the teacher began to grow concerned over where Y/N went and sent someone to go find her. She wanted a girl incase she was in the bathroom, but Laurance insisted. Aphmau or Garroth aren't in this class, so thankfully there won't be a stupid fight over this.
Laurance never came back that hour, and now it's our free period. He left at the end of last hour, so I'm beginning to worry if he found Y/N.
Soon enough he comes back, and he sits down next to me. I send him a weak smile before looking back down at my phone. He doesn't say anything, so the nerves I had go away.
That's until my phone is snatched from my hand, and I look up and glare at Laurance. "What the hell was that for?"
"Y/N," he tells me, crossing his arms over his chest. I reach for my phone but he sticks it in his pants. I debate reaching for it, but I decide against it. "Why'd you lock her into her locker?"
"Why do you care? She's just a pure. It's not like you like her or anything. You just want a quick bang," I retort, mocking his actions by crossing my arms over my own chest. He narrows his eyes at me and mumbles curses words under his breath. It goes silent, and I find my eyes widening. "You don't actually like her, do you?"
He groans and throws my phone at me to where it lands onto the floor face down. I couldn't catch it correctly. "So what if I do?" He asks before turning around. "Get it through your head Katelyn, I don't like you anymore. Do me a favor and just give it up."
I frown when he walks around and reach for my phone. Picking it up, I noticed a large crack running from one end of my screen to the other.
Oh great.
