Third Person's POV
It took time for everyone to get used to the sudden changes in those who had different wings. More-so Laurance because of how drastic it was.
No one thought that Laurance would become pure, not even himself. Instead it was just assumed he would stay that way forever. He didn't think about how different it would've been if he was pure. Instead he thought about things like where his phone was or what he planned to snack on within the next thirty minutes.
Now that he's pure, more opportunities have opened up to him without backlash from other people. Things like sports or clubs that generally pures would gravitate to being included. He's taken up soccer once again in his life and hasn't seemed to lose his talent as he climbs to the top of the best players.
Due to his change, the different kinds of angels have been associating with one another more, beginning to slightly overlook the color of their wings.
Y/N has been able to return to her old self and manages to stand by Laurance's side as his girlfriend. Her grades have increased and her attitude improved. She even gained new friends and made up with her first one, Vylad.
Aphmau and Garroth have turned corrupted, and Garroth has even lost his position as captain of the baseball team. They have lost their high status among the food chain of high school and are instead disliked by many. Even those that they deemed below them have cast them aside.
Aphmau faces disappointment from her mom due to her attitude and wing switch as she begins to learn more and more of what her daughter had done.
Garroth on the other hand, the ex-golden child, has a careful eye on him as he watches his brothers placed above him and even watches Zane turn pure with time. Zianna has realized how she has treated her sons and feels disgusted with herself while even Garte feels disappointment towards Garroth.
Garroth and Aphmau aren't a couple anymore.
Vylad has gained his confidence back and has found himself warming up to Laurance and getting used to him. He continues to play on the soccer team, but he's appreciated more for everything than he had been before. He's happier now. His family is paying attention to him, and he isn't second to anything or anyone. He isn't afraid of what can happen to him if he makes the wrong move. Not anymore.
Alex has stuck by Vylad's side as they continue to date, and she's been the happiest she's been in a longest time. Her relationship with Laurance has been restored in a much healthier way and has made friends with Y/N. She doesn't feel as though she's just a little girl or princess in anybody's eyes.
Levi has remained dark and has tried to come close to Laurance again. But since Laurance became pure and evaluated his life and was in it, he realized maybe that friendship wasn't the best for him. Levi is still around, but he's chasing after other dark and corrupted angels.
Katelyn had become a piece of Laurance's thoughts. Not because of what they could become again but rather how he left things. How he dumped her for Y/N in such a cruel way. He's apologized for what he's done and has tried to make amends. Katelyn isn't thrilled with him, but she's accepted his apology. She is slowly coming around to all of them since they changed, but she doesn't favor Y/N still.

Y/N's POV
Laurance squeezes my hand as he looks up and down my house. He's meeting my parents tonight over dinner as my boyfriend.
They've heard all about Laurance. He's all I ever talk about. They weren't thrilled to learn that Laurance was once a dark angel I snuck around with, but they've accepted that fact. Especially after they learned that he's pure. And because of this, they've invited over to dinner so they can properly meet him. The real him.
"Are you nervous?" I asks, talking about the sudden death squeeze he has on my hand. It's like a snake squeezing its prey to its death.
I look down at our hands. How is it that he's holding on so tightly but it's also sweaty? Laurance looks down at our hands and it takes him a minute to realize that I'm not affectionately staring at them but instead talking about his grip.
His eyes widen as he lets out of my hand quickly and wipes it clean on his pants. I watch him carefully with a sigh as he then goes to try and fix his hair. I grab onto his hands and give gentle kisses into the back of them before smiling reassuringly at him.
"You'll be fine. My dad will be a little hard on you, but that's only because he cares, and my mom is a sweetheart." I sigh and look at his sloppily tied tie and reach up to it. "May I?"
He nods his head slowly at me and stands still; his chin held high as a deep sigh escapes his lips. I fix the tie and adjust how it sits on him and straight out his shirt. I find it cute how nervous he is.
"Do I look okay?" He asks me, and I giggle and nod my head.
"Dashing as ever," I respond, winking at him and gently kissing his cheek and having to wipe off my lips imprinted on his skin.
He looks at me and smiles. That's before his eyes widen. "Ah, fuck, Y/N. I've been so nervous I can't even had time to see how you look." He takes a step back and looks me up and down causing a laugh from me. He smiles and places his hands on his hips. "I should've done that before. You look beautiful."
"Thank you, Laurance." I reach for his hand and watch him take it. We both let out a breath and close our eyes, taking a moment before we both know it's time to go in. "Let's go."
I open the door and look up as my parents walk closer to us. My dad looks over Laurance before letting out a satisfied hum, approving of his apparel. My mom smiles at us and reaches for Laurance's coat when he takes it off.
Dad walks over to me and groans. "You're dating my daughter?"
Laurance looks him in the eyes and nods. "Yes sir."
"Are you going to break her heart?"
"No sir. I wouldn't dream on it."
My dad hums once more and narrows his eyes at him. "Good, I'd kill you if you would. Pure or not my boy, I wouldn't hesitate." Laurance nods once more and I squeeze his hand. He looks down at it and smiles, looking up and meeting my gaze. Mom coos at this and dad groans. He reaches his hands out and separates us. "Ruler length apart at all times."
My mom scolds dad as she giggles, shaking her head as Laurance pales. This causes me to giggle and to grab Laurance's hand once dad gives in. Mom ushers us into the kitchen as my parents walk behind us.
I hear a quiet "I like him" come from my dad and my mom agree.
I do too.
