"Where is Charlie?" Akashi asked.
"Having a shower, she just got in and will be busy for 10 minutes at least." Midorima replied.
"Why?" Momoi asked.
"We hid her clothes." Aomine smirked and Kise laughed.
The team were currently sitting in the middle of the room, it was midday and the group needed to address a few subjects.
"Number one, who is making lunch today? Number two, training today is in the pool so be prepared. Number three and probably one of the most important Charlie." Momoi was reading off her clipboard, she would have offered to cook but it always struck a nerve when people don't eat her food.
"What's wrong with Charlie?" Murisakibara asked sucking a lollipop, "she's really nice and can run lots. Plus she's good at basketball."
"All valid points Atsushi but our problem is introducing her to the rest of the team." Akashi replied.
"How about we dress her as a boy." Kise shouted.
"And for the swimming we say she can't swim." Momoi finished.
"Isn't it too late? She spoke at the opening." Kuroko commented.
"Well then that's one thing down." Aomine muttered.
"Why does she wear weights?" Asked kuroko, voicing everyone's thoughts.
"They make me stronger."
Everyone jumped apart from Akashi who studied Charlie's towel covered form.
"What?"
Aomine was holding his nose while Kise was blushing furiously.
She ambled past them and picked up a swimming costume from her drawer. She turned her back to the boys and they watched in shock as she got changed in front of them. Momoi screeched and jumped up trying to stop the blushing boys from looking, when Charlie was done she pulled on a massive hoodie and shorts on then she sat down in the circle.
"I can cook for you guys and I wear weights because I find it hard to control my strength without them. Also for basketball tournaments if you call in asking if you can add a girl to the team the usually say yes. Any other problems?" Sitting cross legged with one arm propped on her knee Charlie smirked. She had heard everything.
Akashi handed her the phone and laptop and then they continued their conversation.
"I have a problem. Akashi says when you played is it was only about 25% of your strength is that true? Also have you ever entered the zone or played at 100%?" Aomine asked.
"More or less, i used around 50 nearing the end. If by the zone you mean were you go into full concentration and play at around your maximum then yes, however the highest I played was around 60%.
"Could you show us?" Asked Momoi.
Charlie opened her laptop and typed something in. Then turning the screen she revealed a YouTube video. The boys watched as a younger version of Charlie dashed around the court, shooting goals blocking them as her team stood awkwardly around the court.
"Luckily I did it on television." She laughed and shut the laptop with a snap.
"Your team. They were awful." Midorima said a look of astonishment crossed his face.
"Aren't they the best in America?" Asked Kise.
"They were. They are the most average team I had ever come across." Charlie nodded and pulled her hoodie sleeves over her hands.
"Why?" Asked Murisakibara.
"Because I could."
"You're lying. You looked frustrated in that clip. Your style of basketball wasn't relaxed it was as I you were only playing to win." Akashi noted.
"Do you not play basketball for fun, Char-kun?" Asked kuroko.
Charlie shrugged and turned her phone on. The boys watched as her face filled with fear, she was texting crazily fast as her face began to fall.
"I-I-I'm going to go make lunch." She stuttered out. Then she ran out of the room.
The boys shrugged it off but Momoi got up and ran after her.
"Akashi-kun do you think you would lose if you played 1 on 1 against Char-kun?" Kuroko asked.
Akashi looked at kuroko, his face full of astonishment.
"I would win." He said having paused for a considerable amount of time.
"I'm hungry let's go downstairs and help Mur-chin." Murisakibara got up and was followed by the rest of the group.
A crash came from downstairs, followed by a scream. The boys ran downstairs to see Momoi with a kitchen knife buried into the wall beside her head.
"Did you not hear my instructions? All I want if for you to cut the food, nothing else."
Momoi nodded and grabbing the knife from beside her, she went back to cooking.
"Ah so the skittles decided to come down. Apparently I'm cooking for the whole basketball club? Well I need some helpers as I know how to cool but whenever I try it need works."
She glanced at a bowl on the counter of the kitchen. The boys looked at the burnt stew in the bowl and shuddered.
"Where are the cooks? Do you not have them here?"
"No we do it's just the get back a few days layer than us so the clubs cook for themselves." Midorima explained.
The boys put on aprons and washed their hands.
"What are we making Mur-cchi?" Asked Kise.
"It was meant to be spaghetti Bolognese. But I burnt it." Charlie shrugged and instructed each boy to different stations.
"Momoi and Kise are chopping vegetables. Aomine and Akashi are making the sauce. Midorima and Murisakibara are cooking the spaghetti, kuroko you are making sure no one misbehaves. Okay?"
Charlie watched as they all started and then went to get the canteen ready. It was amazing really. The basketball club had it's own building, it's on 3 story building. In the basement a pool and gym, on the ground floor the canteen and a massive chill out room and on the first floor were the dorm rooms. This school was defiantly for rich and talented kids.
