A Test of Character
Words keep escaping because dreams are becoming a reality.
Dreams made years before are always confusing,
But with guidance can help your sanity.Hold your head high,
Don't look down.
Others may notice and force your frown.Smile bright,
Think of light,
Your future will be something of a fight.-M.H.
Such trials a testament of my strong will,
My very character tested before my eyes.
As time freezes and reality stands still,
I hide my tortured cries.I am strength itself,
The living embodiment of what I sought to achieve.
As I hide what's beneath,
To never show my enemies the pain I grieve.Thus now I have my challenge,
And I ready my steady breath;
To be a victor of the highest regard,
Or die a worthy death.16/1/15
