If So Happen, the Same Thing Twice
A losing battle where the stakes are raised,
Something so precious I still lay confused and dazed.
But I've seen and known the pain to well,
To understand this habitual hell:I am entranced by the girl of my dreams,
But her heart belongs elsewhere,
And to the man who has the world,
Gives little notice here nor there.So I try my best to prove myself;
I throw myself in fire.
Though I'm covered in burns- beyond help,
My efforts never tire.Then she feels happy with him now,
As her life is filled with love,
And I just stay here and wonder how;
How my efforts were not enough.Soon I'm left with a hard choice,
As sympathy turns to pain.
She hears the suffering in my voice,
As I wonder how this happened again.I know I feel so deeply,
But is that ever enough?
My mood hadst dropped steeply,
My mind hadst turned so rough.I can't feel pain like this again,
I know it will be the end of me;
As I never felt so strong back then,
And I still pondered the death of me.This girl could be my demise,
As my heart be ripped from my chest.
If so happen the same thing twice:
My outlook turns to lest.My heart soon dies, I wonder why,
Why should I fall?
Then so happens I will die,
Before I knew the world at all.Goodbye cruel world, Goodbye cruel fate,
Goodbye to all I knew.
I'm sorry all, it is too late,
With what I have gone through.20/1/15
